For a place I described to someone as having«serviceable bar food that would go well with a drink,» this place still disappointed me. The flatbread pizza was honestly better once it got a bit soggy. Prices were fair, and the service was quick and professional, if little else.

Love their fish and chips! Batter is light and crispy but not greasy, fish is not over-cooked; I really prefer my fish raw to medium but this place really serves excellent fish-n-chips, with a pint of Guinness! Nice atmosphere when I’m looking to wind down for the day.

Been here twice and both times, the waitresses had the personality of an ice cube. The food is okay, if you don’t mind the waitresses.

First visit and definitely last. Ordered $ 10 steak bowl. The portion was so very very small. When asked about size server said it was standard lunch portion size. It was 8 in the evening not lunch. Overcharged by $ 2 on hamburger combo. Looking for good hamburger joint, still looking.

Average tasting burger and fries though a pretty good value on Mondays at $ 5.49. Otherwise, pricing is comparable to Chili’s and Applebees though food not quite as good. Loren took good, attentive care of us. This is probably my 5th visit here and they are never busy(at least not at breakfast(on the weekend only) or lunch). In fact, I’m not sure how they stay open… must do lots of business in the evenings or at their bar. I will say their breakfast on the weekend is pretty tasty and reasonably priced.

We started coming to this eatery when we would come to town to visit our daughter(TTU«guns up!»). Anyhoooo, the food is pretty good, fresh and tasty. The wait staff(i.e. Loren) are great and work very hard to make your dining experience a good one. The owner is very accommodating and makes it a priority that his patrons are happy. We added this little gem to our list of places we visit every time we are in Lubbock. Thanks Beef ‘O’Bradys. Keep up the good work.

The food is pretty good. The fried pickles really leave a lot to be desired. If you want to try them, choose them as a side to your dish for ¼ of the price of the appetizer. They are flour breaded but not seasoned at all. Our favorite dish is the dubliner, an open faced roast beef with gravy and mashed all over toast. Yum! The atmosphere is welcoming for families at the tables or sports fans sitting at the bar, alike. The price is good and the portions are large. We have come here a few times and it’s fun especially for the FIFA world cup and such. My waitress may have taken a break during her shift I had a couple of servers.

The food here is typical bar fare — tons of fried stuff and decent burgers. If you’re looking for bar food, you could do worse. The coldness of the beer is 3.5 out of 5. The staff is 5⁄5 — I really appreciate the owners waiting tables and talking to customers. This is a good place to hang out with your laptop, have some brews, do a little work, or chill with some friends.

Eh, it was okay. They do have several TVs, but the atmosphere doesn’t really say ‘sports bar’ looks a bit like a Denny’s crossed with Applebee’s. we got a southwest salad and a dynamite pizza. Both were ok, not great. Note: the pizza has sweet breakfast sausage, not traditional pizza sausage. Service was fine — not super attentive and they didn’t know what a Black and Tan was!(Beef O’Brady’s + fish and chips = Irish/English bar). We were never given, nor offered, water. Also, the Guiness is quite pricy, 5.50. Not sure we’d be back.

Great place to bring the kids and eat or chill with a beer and watch the game. Great food… Best fish and chips in town in my opinion. Always friendly wait staff and management.

Food was average, not too good. Limited menu, not too many choices. Won’t go back.

Now I went there several times, and we were there with a group. We never had any problems with the food, always a good amount. The waitress were always friendly and made sure we have everything as we like it. But for the former reviewer, if you get sick somewhere, you my call the Health Department and make sure it was the food from there.
