I haven’t yet been to this location but I called ahead and was put on hold and made it to the store before anyone even took me off of hold. When I walked in the guy at the register was on his cell phone, I realize that there are only three people but I wasn’t expecting to be on hold the whole drive over here. I’m not sure if the guy was on the phone for business or personal use, doesn’t really matter, someone should’ve taken care of their landline first. The food came out quickly though, that was their saving grace.

Best wing stop EVER! I ordered online so I cant say much for their customer service. This location has a fancy coke machine and BIG slices of limes and lemons. They gave us two extra wings. We requested extra crispy and extra seasoned fries and wings and they did not disappoint! Delicious!

Last night could have possible been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Besides getting our order wrong and then never getting our food. Upon telling the Wingstop crew I was then interrogated and questioned and was finally able to get my food when I asked for a refund.
The food was okay, my wife ordered the Louisiana rub sauce and the wings were extremely salty to her taste.
The big no for me was the lack of customer service and the lack of respect we received, I doubt we go back to this Wingstop if any soon.

I have been to this Wing Stop several times. The staff is friendly and efficient. Although that is not true for all of the staff there. I have had my to go order messed up before but the people working hooked it up with my fixed order (:
The wings are always fresh and delicious, I love the Louisiana rub and Cajun flavors! The seasoned fries taste amazing with their honey mustard too!
Once my to go order was completely lost and I had to ask for a refund because I was in a rush.

Changed my mind on the last time I said anything about wingstop tried to order would not take my info over the phone when a friend was picking it up cause I live down a half a mile of dirt roads and could not get out to pick it up myself way to go great customer service got buffalo wildwings instead

Staff is friendly, fast, and funny! The wait time here is very short, and the employees are constantly hustling to get orders out as fast as possible. The place is clean, but small.
I am a repeat customer because I appreciate that the people at the register get your order right and will make small talk with you while you wait.
All-​around, this place is doing it right. I recommend this Wingstop above all others in LBK.

Been here 4 times now without any problems. Food tastes great and is ready in about 10 minutes for an order fit for two. Tables are usually clean with good customer service.

I was super impressed with this location. Everyone I encountered was energetic and really makes you feel like they want your business. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing. That is so rare in Lubbock. We even got to taste a sample of the newest flavor. This will be out new date night spot.
