It was ok. Nothing special whatsoever and it wasn’t very cheap. I understand college kids going there to drink but the tacos weren’t good. They were on mission tortillas and one part of my taco was super salty while the other side was bland as hell. I will give it another try but probably not soon. The staff was friendly though!

Went to eat here today, we ordered 3 meals and chips and queso. We asked for bowl of hot sauce and they said no, that would be extra!!! WTH, never heard of a Mexican restaurant that makes you pay extra for hot sauce! Food wasn’t very good either, And it was 30 something dollars for 3 meals at a place where you just get in line and order at a counter, no waitresses! taco Villa beats this place, won’t be back here!

We went late, you have a bar and restaurant so I can see why it’s crowded a lot. The food was really good, we all liked it. That’s rare in my group. I had chicken soft corn tacos, packed full of chicken. We had a hard time getting service from the front counter, the girl was never there, that’s irritating. If you like to order your food at a front counter, pick it up when they call your # and be around of loud drunk people, goods worth it.

First time visitor, friendly staff, clean place. We all enjoyed our meals: nachos, burrito, tacos, queso. Fun place to sit and chat. Good value for the price. We will definitely be back :)

Wow. I’m shocked this place only has 3 stars, because it is SO good. They have a wide variety of tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and ginormous salads. I actually get cravings for this place and always want to go when I’m in Lubbock. Their veggie tacos on corn tortillas are only about a 110 calories per My Fitness Pal and they are amazing! The garlic sauce that comes on them is oh so tasty! Chips and queso are also so good AND they have churros! In my personal opinion the tacos here are better then Torchy’s. Also a great place to grab drinks and watch games.

We decided to retry our experience at this restaurant. The service was very slow for a Saturday at 3pm. My wife and I both ordered salads which are probably not the thing to order. The bowls were semi full with maybe an ounce or two of chicken in mine and 7 small shrimps in my wife’s. I received ranch dressing in a two ounce container, but only filled a third of the way. Overall not the place to go to if you want a salad. We did order an appetizer of chips and queso and noticed the bowl was only around 2⁄3 full.

Coming in on Friday night, Fuzzy’s was packed with young Lubbock mom’s out for«girl’s night» with their Corona-ritas and big groups of college football fans. Instagram was certainly overloaded with«#margaritas» in the area. After all, this is Lubbock and the only thing to do its eat out at chain restaurants and go to church. There are Fuzzy’s all over the places but this was actually my first visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good first impression. On a positive note, the service was friendly and it seemed like the staff realized the place is packed and was working really hard to accommodate customers. Unfortunately, that’s where my happiness with the Fuzzy’s ended. This place struggles with cleanliness. There were dirty trays scattered everywhere and the fountain drink area was covered in spills and discarded wrappers. Onto the food, me and my family had varied feelings. My sister liked the tamales and my dad liked the fish tacos. My mom was less impressed with their chicken tacos and I was disappointed in their fajita plate. The fajita meat was chewy and bland. The beans weren’t much either. I shared most of my meal with my 2-year old nephew although he was more interested in making a mess with the queso. By the end of our meal, I was just ready to get out of there. It was too crowded, messy, and the food just bland. Wish I could say I had a better experience but in the end it was sub-par. Can’t say I’ll be back for those fajita’s or for one of those t-shirts with metaphors for lady parts.

I’m not a fan of the food(except the chips and salsa), but the drinks make the visit worthwhile. The drinks are cheap and there is a lot to choose from so it’s always a good time.

In on a Wednesday afternoon. Very slow. Had a Coors original bottle, acceptably cold and cashier was very pleasant. Received my Baja fish tempura taco and Baja shredded beef taco. Beef was ok but barely warm. Fish tempura was mush and basically inedible. While seated, a girl that works here walked by and asked«Everything ok here?» and kept on walking. I was trying to tell her that the fish taco sucked but she didn’t care about her job or the taco. My daughter warned me(she was with me but declined to order) but I didn’t listen. I doubt very seriously that I will be back. 2 stars only because of the cashier

I could live off of Fuzzy’s. My favorite Taco join in the city. Tacos are on point, beans are top notch, friend papa’s are like whoa. You would be hard pressed to order something that you didnt like here. Whats that? You feel like eating a punch bowl full of salad? You came to the right place amigo. Not to mention the bar, and all the TV’s. Tacos + Cold Beer + the Game = YEEEEAHBUDDY

Wasn’t to happy with the food. Service and friendly people but I’ve had way better Mexican food. And their margaritas were bad. This was the first and last time I would eat there. Some people love it and this one didn’t.

I love the food. The restaurant is also very clean with friendly service. I recommend the salsa cold, but they do have it warm… some people may disagree.
