These guys rock! Great food, and unparalleled service. I order from the weekly and they have yet to make 1 mistake. And you can not beat the FREAKYFAST service.

They didn’t deliver 1 mile from their location. We were just outside of the range apparently. I guess they don’t like making money off the 5 hotels right next to each other here.

Oh boy, where do I begin? It all started freshman year when I would have Jimmy Johns sandwiches & chocolate chunk cookies delivered to my dorm; it seemed surreal. My infatuation with Jimmy Johns on Broadway continued through my Sophomore and Junior year — boy oh boy did I love those danged sammies. However, it all changed when I moved ~1.2 miles away from the Jimmy Johns on Slide road. Excited to break in the new pad, I gave my new Jimmy Johns a ring only to discover they do not service«that side of Quaker.» «Oh my God» I thought, «have I just been discriminated against?» Jimmy Johns on Slide road has an impossible ideal of the perfect resident and if you — like many others — don’t fit it, they will not serve you. That is beside the point, though. Jimmy Johns can choose to serve whoever they want based on where their from, that’s fine. But, when I physically stepped in to their building the prejudice only intensified. I ordered 2 slim 1s(ham and provolone cheese only), a chocolate chunk cookie, and a medium drink. However, that is not ATALL what I received… I drive all the way home opened my 1st sandwich to find it was only bread; a loaf of bread sliced down the middle with no meat or cheese. I’m positive that if I didn’t have to grab the cookie and cup for myself they would have sent me home with cookie dough and ice. So, while their cookies rival those of a small bakery chain, their feelings toward people from«that» side of Quaker definitely brings America back a few decades. It’s just a sandwich anyways… make your own and don’t give this Jimmy Johns your business! Also, there really is no easy way to head toward Quaker when leaving this store. They don’t even try to hide their pompous Slide road attitude. #BoycottJimmyJohnsOnSlide

As far as the sandwiches go they are good as far as friendliness not so good. I will keep trying because it’s close to where I live

FASTDELIVERY! Always fresh ingredients! My One and Only Fav at Jimmy Johns: (I like it too much to try anything else) The Italian Night Club Unwich! Add peppers and extra vinaigrette dressing for a nice kick!

What a great experience. I travel for work and love the Turkey Tom in the lettuce wrap. With that said I have been to several locations all around TX. This one was the best. Clean, fresh and friendly staff. Crystal was helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location.

Do you like cold sandwiches? I do sometimes… Do you only like cold sandwiches? um… no? Well you have no choice with this place. Everything is cold. Is that bad? That’s up to you. The best thing here is the J.J. Gargantuan. Why? It is the biggest and most loaded sandwich on the menu. Thank me later at 2:30 a.m. when you finally decide to eat it now that it is room temperature and you can barely breathe/keep your eyes open. They also have chips.

Their sandwiches maybe good but the staff is rude. I walked in and politely asked if they are still open, so that I won’t impose on them and the guy responded very rudely YES. I walked out immediately. Well competition is big and if you want customers to not walk away, my advice to the manager is to train your staff better and tell them to behave better else kick them out.

Turn down the AC! It is too cold to even eat in there and the manager said it was as warm as it goes… Give me a break. 60 degrees is not as warm as it gets and I’m sure the owner would appreciate a lower energy bill! Always a good sandwich though.

This was the first time I ever went to a Jimmy John’s, and unfortunately it wasn’t «love at first bite.» I ordered a simple sandwich off the menu at the drive through window, with only one alteration, NO mayo. The guy who took my order did not repeat it back to me, and I didn’t confirm that he understood, so it is partly my fault that the sandwich, which was done very quickly, came back with mayo. It had globs of it, on both sides of the bread. I couldn’t take it and had to throw the sandwich away. Also, $.80 for cheese, wth? I would probably go there again, but I will be very clear with my order next time.

Love Jimmy John’s… and specifically the Turkey Tom(subtract the tomato) w/provolone cheese. This store is always super friendly — — music is a bit loud inside, i think due to the acoustics of the store. Staff inside was super friendly and helpful today! Great experience — –thanks!

I live exactly one mile from this Jimmy John’s location, and called for a delivery on two sandwiches. The employee tells me that they can’t deliver to me because I’m located outside of their delivery range. It’s not the employee’s fault, so I file a complaint on their online service form about their remarkably poor delivery plan. In their response to me, employee Kelly says«Jimmy John’s was built around fast delivery. If the store near you won’t deliver to you, you are out of our designated delivery area. This is not a personal thing, it’s a strategic decision. We have a very disciplined strategy with delivery and have found this to be successful in the past. Going out of our area makes those in the area get delayed.» Not only are they the sandwich delivery guys that don’t really want to deliver, but they’re also the ones that can’t come up with anything but an asinine boilerplate response to issues one might have with their stores. Thanks to them for the reminder that there’s a Subway on 50th Street off Quaker.
