Do Not Eat Here. I found a hair in my sandwich and had to drive all the way back and show the very rude women at the counter, who didn’t believe me, exactly where it was (which would have been the next bite I took.) She proceeded to shout across the «restaurant» to the owner of said hair that he «lost something» seemingly uncaring of the other patrons within earshot. I wrote corporate an email suggesting they may want to step up their staff training procedures and got no response. It’s been months and I still haven’t heard a thing. I now tell co-​workers, friends, and family to avoid all their establishments like the plague.

Another VERY tasty sub — Turkey Salsa Verde. When I inquired whether or not the salsa was really spicy, they let me sample it (a nice touch, I thought!). Good news — the salsa is not spicy… and I’m a BIG sissy when it comes to spice! Instead, it nicely adds a very delicious kick of flavor. For such a low-​cal sub, it’s big on tastiness.

Heard it was amazing so I had to try it. My husband got the Italian and I got the Brisket. We both thought maybe we should have tried different sandwiches because we both weren’t too impressed. My husband asked for no mayo and received mayo, the Italian has so much ham on it that you couldn’t taste much of anything but ham. Usually a lot of meat isn’t a problem at all but it comes with 2 other types of meat, it would have been great to taste those as well. My brisket wasn’t bad but didn’t have a wow factor. The brisket was bland and had a color that made me think it might be processed (to be honest) the BBQ sauce saved it. The BBQ sauce didn’t have a tang to it, just regular original and again no wow factor.

Their food is always delicious but they really stand out on customer service. We had an order that had been made wrong and we did not realize until we got it home. The manager without hesitation made us a new sandwich and hand delivered to our house.

Stopped in for a sandwich at lunch, and it was packed! Even though they were busy, it didn’t take long to order, or to get my food, OR to find a table. The have a healthy, lower calorie meals under 450 calories as well.
Also they have one of those soda fountains with like every beverage known to man on a touch screen menu. I got poweraide, and not just poweraide, poweraide zero. They have a huge selection of hot sauce rated from 1 – 10 in heat. I tried the one that was rated a 10, and it was quite an ordeal for like 20 minutes; definitely not to played with.

Super sub! Had Italian & also Hook. Both were great! Service was good & subs were served promptly, even though it was very busy when we were there. Great value for the money, too! Highly recommended!

This place is quite good. It isn’t like most sandwich joints in the sense that this place doesn’t have olive oil or other liquids to put on your sub. However they do have a huge selection of hot sauces to completely alter the manner in which you may consume your sandwich (not a bad thing, I like hot sauce). Hot and cold subs… that’s the way I like it. The brisket sub is excellent. The meatball sub is alright. Checks it out y’all.

I had the Turkey Cranberry (I think 590 calorie lunch menu) and it was so delicious!!! Wonderful bread, delicious turkey and cranberry and a really super sweet cherry limeade (almost too sweet but yummy). Nice staff and quick service. Will definitely come again.

One of the best sandwiches shops in the city. Fresh sliced, hot deli meats and melty cheese make the perfect combo. The menu is no nonsense, straight up sandwiches. You dont have to choose from 17 types of bread, or 32 variations of the Club. Just pick a sandwich, and grab some chips and chow down. They do however have a sweet variety of hot sauces, ranging from «this is tomato sauce» all the way to «my ass is going to hate me later». (Try their special Datil Pepper sauce, its the bomb dot com!)
