After the game, place to stop! First, pick up a menu at the door! Otherwise, the soup menu is on the wall, as well as 6 selections. Go back, get a menu and select. Maybe just maybe laminate one in front of the register… I’m just saying! Ordered SW chicken chili, mild flavor, just above warm when served. I like a chili a little hotter (temperature, and spicy). Got a Ruben. Spot on! Unless you are Starving, go with the half portion. Added treat was soft serve ice cream. Tasty treat. The Club looked good.

We have tried this Jason’s twice in the last six months while moving the kid to Texas Tech. Wife and I are from Austin. Its not good. Bread hard, salad bar seems to be never stocked — we had to ask the manager to put out black olives /more bacon and other items. Broc /Cheese soup is very good.

Great experience! My first time and I ordered for delivery. We found the menu online which was outdated and my husband ordered a sandwich that was taken off the menu but they still accommodated his order! Awesome :) my sandwich was awesome and I absolutely love their croissants, eat your sandwich over a plate cause they are flakey! Not super doughy, but sweet and buttery. Their honey mustard made me wish I had more, I want to dip my sandwich in it, swim in it, ect. Only critical advice I have is that the caesar dressing for the salad isn’t creamy enough, it’s basically a caesar vinaigrette. The French onion soup was great but could be better, I loved that it wasn’t super oily, the broth had flavor! I didn’t like that the bread and cheese was on the bottom and there was barely any bread, although I wasn’t complaining too much since I got some garlic bread on the side. Definitely ordering again, just maybe not getting a salad next time. Thanks guys!

Jason’s Deli is awesome. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the salad bar is one of, if not my favorite salad bar in town. The service is quick and friendly, and you will often have a manager walk around checking on guest. The managers special, half any sandwich and a salad, is my go to order every time. Can’t go wrong with JD.

This Jason’s deli sets the bar high for other Jason’s delis and any time I’m in another town and have it, I’m underwhelmed. It is clearly a well managed place, all the employees are friendly and happy, and the food is always on point.
The smoked turkey panini is my favorite sandwich, the salad bar is fresh, and you can’t beat free ice cream.

My self and three friends dined at Jason’s in Lubbock on St. Patrick’s Day. We all ordered corned beef sandwiches and soup. None of the four of us could bite into the corned beef: it was tougher than the proverbial horse. I complained to the assistant manager, to no avail. I contacted an Alisha Harrington by email and received absolutely NO response. Your mission statement is a fraud: «To make every customer happy,» is a joke. My friends and I will never darken your door again and we will all make sure that the people we know in Lubbock get the true story of what your restaurant is really like. Shame on you!

OK… have yet to receive food, so this review is based solely on delivery policies. I placed an online order, address checked and confirmed, no problem. Ten minutes later I received a polite call stating that we are out of the delivery area, and therefore the delivery charge will be doubled?! I asked about the website and was told it is a general website and doesn’t have specific info… not to helpful when trying to feed the family. And in addition to the now $ 10 delivery fee, our food won’t arrive for almost an hour… really? The Loop runs three minutes south of our location. I would have canceled had it not been a crazy night. Very disappointed.
Food is fine, and did get here before an hour. I updated stars to reflect this.

I really wish we had one of these in California best salad bar ever even better than soup plantation super salad etc fresh and the sandwiches are good, I didn’t even touch my sandwich salad bar was enough can’t beat the price service or freshness of Jason’s Deli.

I frequent Jason’s deli in Dallas therefore have something to compare it to.
This location stays busy because there are limited healthy options in this west Texas town.
The salad bar looks nothing like other Jason’s delis. The containers of food are only kept half full.

Let’s face it. This is West Texas and there aren’t many health conscious restaurants. Whataburgers and chicken tender spots dominate the scene, which is why Jason’s Deli is so valuable. Jason’s is one of the few places where you can walk in and eat something, somewhat healthy (depending what you order) and not have to pay too much for it.
Jason’s is an establishment in Texas. We’ve all been to one as they cover nearly every city in the state. I like this place because of the assortment of sandwiches, a great salad bar, plenty of soups to choose from and the consistency that comes with every meal. Order the Manager’s Special (half sandwich and either salad bar or soup) and this will soon become a regular lunch spot for you when you’re in Lubbock.

Their Chicken Pot Pie soup is to kill for. I also love their salad bar because everthing is super fresh. However, their specialty is the mufalato sandwich and is as good as any I have ever eaten anywhere including N’Orleams. My wife will not get anything but the CPPie soup and a Tuna Salad Sandwich, trying to steal a bite of either from her is worth your arm if not your life.
The service is excellent and I always leave a good tip which I normally do not do where anything is self serve.

The salad bar left more to be desired for over $ 8. They had a lot of organic options but the protein was limited to eggs and bacon. It should have included ham and turkey cubes at the very least. The pasta salads were great though. There was free ice cream too! The service is awesome! Everyone is super friendly. I’d probably come back and try a sandwich but ill pass on the salad bar unless it changes!

Great salad bar! Love the hummus and the selection of crackers. Very healthy items on the bar. The tomato basil soup is good but a to chunky of tomatoes for what I like. My husband like their gumbo.

Ok. Get ready to be surprised. This place gets 5 starts purely off SERVICE alone.
I walk in for breakfast before work, I travel a LOT for work and it was close by. This place was in chaos, people filling about 12 different orders for lunch delivery, bags on almost every table. I think «here we go». A CASHIER greets me, super warm with a smile.
They instantly take my order and no less than 4 people asked to help me and refill my water. Wait. This is Jason’s deli still right? The manager came by to check on me, the ONE person while her team continued fill orders.
What a pleasant surprise. Food was fresh, not rushed, and amazing. I’m sold for life on this location.

While in Lubbock, I was craving something healthy so I decided to go to Jason’s deli. The salad bar is clean and well kept/stocked. My dad ordered a baked potato and when the order came to our table, the waiter had accidentally charged us for two spuds when we only wanted one. No problem though. The waiter brought our receipt right back to the cashier and we received a refund no questions asked. Great service, clean and good food.
