Undergrounds Coffee

Undergrounds is as good or better than any coffee house in town, plus the store is clean, the staff is friendly & the breakfast was delicious.
What more do you want in a coffee house… a place to relax. they got that. a place to catch up on the news. got that too! And they are conveniently located at the corner of 34^th & Indiana, I can’t believe it’s on my way to work!

Delicious coffee, better than Starbucks in my opinion. Not to mention cheap! I live down the street so it’s convenient for me, I drove past it a handful of times and finally decided to try it. Not disappointed!

Clean place, friendly knowledgable staff. Yummy pastries. Good coffee. Not a hipster vibe here, more for the everyday Joe who enjoys a good coffee buzz in a clean environment. Clean restrooms are a bonus for me and these are sparking! The London fog tea is great.

I still love Undergrounds, this update is for Keaton H. You left an offensive review and I don’t think Undergrounds deserves the comments you left about them. How dare you throw a fit like an entitled little twit! How dare you accuse them of being a front company! That’s just ridiculous! Speaking of ridiculous, Undergrounds has some ridiculously yummy drinks!

Atmosphere seemed like someone’s kitchen. Coffee tasted very bland. Their specialty is all the different syrup flavors and it seems very gimmicky. I won’t ever go back.

Since I live close by, have been many times. I do not spend my money at Starbucks as they refused to send coffee to our troops in the Middle East as they do not support our military.

I have to admit I have driven by this coffee shop at least 200 times and have never stopped. I am admittedly a Starbucks gold card holder and love the perks Starbucks offers me.
However, sometimes you need a change of scenery and in my case I have been extremely curious to see what Undergrounds had to offer. Most people probably don’t go here since it is in an old «Cash & Loan» building and looks mostly like a really nice gas station.
The interior is really nice and cozy and has a homey feel. There is only enough room for around 20 people to sit, but currently the only two people here are me and my friend BaLeigh. The staff was super nice and helpful. I told the barista that I had never been here before and she went into a lovely spiel on all they had to offer. The most interesting to me is the fact that they have an entire menu of mixed drinks (no alcohol of course) made with Red Bull. What? I had never heard of this.
They also have a happy hour from 2 – 4 where all their teas and sodas, any size, are only $ 1. I chose to bypass the option of a happy hour drink and get an iced latte. It was the special of the week. This meant that I could get any size I want for a cool $ 3.50. I obviously choice the largest size. It was very delicious and the perfect amount of sweet. I asked for half the amount of syrup. My drink also came out promptly and with a smile. I like this place and will be back. Lubbock give it a try!

If I could give zero starts I would. Shitty coffee, shitty drinks. Pretty sure is a front company. Somehow got my email address don’t even know how they did that. They need to fucking be shut down

Best house coffee and lowest prices in Lubbock. I get the house coffee with pecan pie flavor daily. The green chili sausage rolls are mostly just awesome and so cheap it’s like they give them away!!!
