First time ever at Whataburger. Probably my last. Food came fresh and hot and was enjoying it despite the flies swarming inside the restaurant… until…an unknown bug crawled out of my container of fries. Why? Why did that have to happen? It was tasting so good. So. That was the end of my experience at Whataburger.

The worst whataburger location I have ever been to. One time I waited 30 minutes for my breakfast because it was accidently bumped from the order screen. I just wanted to see how long it would take and finally I had had enough. Plus, the restaurant is dirty. I have seen way too many flies there. Never coming back.

The only reason they get this rating is because of the time it takes to get your order in to the time it takes to get the food. We sat at the order box for ten minutes before they would let us order. Then we sat at the window for ten minutes before they said to pull up and wait another five before our food showed up. 25 minutes for fast food WTF???

Damn, Whataburger, I love you. I never knew what a good burger was until I left you and came back. Your melty cheese, and grilled jalapenos and onions and double meaty goodness on toasty buns really make a man’s soul jump for joy. Don’t ever change. Please. Oh, stick to the burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken strips are pretty lame and small. Breakfast is ok.

I never had food at this place since I came to Texas, coming from California. Great burgers and fresh fries. Customer service is as always for fast food. I’ll be returning shortly.
