The girl at the register was really un interested in helping me with the kiosk. She was so rude I moved over to another cashier infront of her who was more than willing to help me. I ordered a Mac n cheese bread bowl and got about 2 bites of Mac and cheese and the rest bread for $ 6… No thanks paneras is such a rip off.

I used to love panera until they took smokehouse turkey off their menu. They have my favorite drink, the green tea. It doesnt taste like green tea, just pure yumminess. The staff here is attentive. I once decided to get chips with my meal instead of bread. They let me chance it at the last minute. Service id fast and clean. You get free dessert for your birthday.

This location is one of the best I have been to. The food is always delicious, my order is always perfect, and the staff is phenomenal. I have never gotten drive through but the Rapid Pickup was as «rapid» as they claim. My order was ready as soon as i got there and my order was correct. They were out of the beverages in the main area but a staff member was very quick to fill my Blood Orange Lemonade for me in the back. I decided to try the new Chinese Citrus Cashew Salad and I am very happy I did! The dressing really complements the pineapple and oranges and overall it is a very balanced salad. Overall it was a great experience and that salad made my day!

This is a good Panera. I’ve only had one experience where my order was missing an item… For this type of restaurant I give them props for that. Food is always hot and I love the new beverages and automated ordering setup.

I enjoy this Panera and like it’s location. I have a good selection of food options soup salad sandwiches and in between. One thing I wish was run a little bit faster is the drive-​through. Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes for me to get through and I’m usually using the drive-​through because I’m in a hurry. also the parking lot can be a little bit dangerous and people are coming at you in every which direction and there aren’t stop signs. I enjoy panera’s rewards program and think this location is run relatively well. It’s a nice place to get together with your friends and have lunch or dinner. You can have a substantial meal for about $ 10 maybe 12 with the drink. The inside restaurant always looks to be clean and the restrooms as well. Sometimes the trash cans could be a little better kept and emptied more frequently though.

Had lunch with my wife today. Her chicken noodle soup and my potato soup and chicken tortellini alfredo were barely warm. I stood at the pick-​up counter watching our food just sit there. The pager was never activated. Had to ask if that was my order. If you are going to offer hot food then serve it hot not luke warm.

So I usually grab a soufflé from panera for breakfast but I tried the breakfast sandwich and it was pretty amazing. I had the sausage egg and cheese and the best part was the bread it was served on. Crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. The sausage was not the run of the mill frozen block with no flavor. Nice spices and not dried out. I wash that down with a delicious frozen caramel coffee drink.

Check your January credit card for multiple charges at this location. I had six charges for the same order and only two credits and was told this happened several times with other customers on the same day. I was first told to dispute the charges with my credit card company but once I brought it to the manager’s attention, he offered to refund the erroneous charges. He mentioned they have not reached out via on social media to others. Food is okay, but check take-​out orders for accuracy.

So impressed with the new menu items… for instance the Mediterranean flat bread, Mediterranean quinoa bowl, the Thai garden chicken wonton broth bowl, steak arugula sandwich, etc. they all looked delicious! I really enjoyed my Mediterranean quinoa bowl. The portion size was filling and held me over for 2 hours. Get extra dressing! The workers were pleasant and gave me more bread because greedy me wasn’t satisfied with the smaller sized bread I originally got! *so much for that diet* let me know what you try when you go to Panera next!

We go to Panera every Sunday morning for breakfast and almost once a week for lunch or dinner. This location is the BEST!!! They have a clean place friendly staff and the drink station is really cool!

This place survives because of location, brand-​name and some of the staff are very good. Notice the themes in the reviews. I go to a lot of paneras and this one has the smallest portions of any, by far. See my pic on the bread bowl of mac and cheese. 6 bites of Mac/​chz for $ 6. That’s $ 1 per spoon and not worth it. When mentioned to staff they just shrugged their shoulders.

We both had chicken Cesar salads.
Great salad, both of us enjoyed it.
My only issue I was looking forward to a fountain coke. No more coke, no Pepsi ‚
Just some odd soda of various odd flavors.
I did sample them, horrible !
I am walking over to Race Track before I drive home.

First time I ordered online for a pick-​up, what a difference! It’s so convenient, ready in 10min, no waiting in line! And best part, when you customize your order they give you many free add-​ons, like extra veggies or other toppings, for some like cheese or meats u have to pay extra. I added hummus to my sandwich, and it was so much better!

After my last review I have gone to this Panera probably another 20 times and they have screwed up our order over and over again. Time is money. This place waste our valuable time because we have to check their stuff and make sure that they give us what we are supposed to. From forgetting to switch out the bread and chips to forgetting to give us our drinks to forgetting to press our sandwiches they rarely get it right. How do you get so many orders wrong? It must be a systematic problem. The management fails to set up quality controls so that when people leave they have what they order. Their entire business is based on getting people food that they order and if they can’t get that right they shouldn’t be in business. This place could be really good but they are not, it is really really bad. Therefore I am reducing my rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

Stopped by on a rainy day to tryout there new lintel quinoa bowl. Haven’t started yet but the bowl was surprisingly low for 8.49. Now the taste test. Not bad bursting with a broad range of taste splashing on my buds. Just wish there was more.
