Irish pub with some personality. Great wait staff and good food. Fair prices and a solid place to enjoy a beer!

Love the Greek pizza. Waitresses are always good here! The ONLY downside is it can be expensive if your drinking!!!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been in Dugan’s, and it hasn’t changed a bit. .which is a great thing. It always had that perfect blend of dive with traditional stateside Irish pub, along with great pub food and perfect pints of Guinness. They also have their own pale ale on draft(from Benny Brewing) which is the first beer I’ve had at Dugan’s that wasn’t Guinness. The wings aren’t the hugest, but they are fresh, perfectly crispy, and coated in sauce. Great bleu cheese(order an extra) and adequate fresh celery. I had a spilt dozen of the Cajun and parmesan butter garlic with a side of hot. All 3 sauces were very good. The salad was fresh with awesome freshly shredded cheddar. GOTODUGAN’S.

Food and prices are good. My only real complaint is how bad the men’s bathroom smells. It always smells like the walls are soaked in urine. I try not to use it when possible. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Good blue cheese burger though :)

Great food, some of the best soup I’ve ever had. Awesome beer, always local Breaker beer on tap and other great craft beers like Bells, Troeggs, etc. The atmosphere is awesome, the deck is great and Charlie, Ellen, and the whole staff are the best. My favorite pub in all of NEPA!

First time here, with wife. We sat outside on deck. Positive side, our waitress was great. She was on top of things. Food was ok. Can’t say more than that. I ordered 2 draft beers from bar. First one was a lager that had a weird after taste. So I ordered a second different brand. It, too, had a weird after taste. Guest taps need to be cleaned or something. Inside was an Irish pub atmosphere but, I thought, dirty. Wife and I decided that we tried this place but will most likely not return. Compared to other restaurants in area, I would rank this restaurant number two next to Hops and Barley. Not much to chose from in Luzerne.

Pretty decent Irish dive bar. Prices are good and a respectable beer selection for a bar like this. The food is just OK, appetizers are frozen but the burgers and home made chips are fresh and pretty good. I recommend asking for the chips a little undercooked or they taste burned but that’s just my personal opinion.

It’s ok, but doesn’t do enough to compete with the other local bars in the area. The pizza is ok, and the food is ok. It’s in a awkward location in Luzerne too.

Dugan’s has 6 beers on tap. I have only had 1. The Guiness is the best this side of the Atlantic. I enjoy the round pizza. The thin crust may be the best in the area. Since the smoking ban, the 1rst floor is smoke free. What a great improvement. Now kids can also enjoy the pizza and wings.
