This is by far one of the nicest looking White Castles I’ve ever been to. This place has a carpeted seating area. It has cushioned seats. It has plenty of parking. It’s pretty easy to get to on Sunrise Highway. It even has relatively quick service. When I lived in Brooklyn, there were times I’ve driven to this White Castle before on more than one occasion, just to come here, eat, and go back home. The Crave was that real.

It really is about«The Crave.» I love White Castle, who doesn’t(wait, don’t answer that.) Over my years I have found that you either LOVE the Castle or can’t get far enough away. There is nothing better than a WC slider on your way home from a party where the food was only mediocre, to fill that hunger void. That little strip of beef with the holes, cooked onions and pickles are the best. My other favorites include their French fries, a double cheese burger and the clam strips. There is really nothing on the menu that is just no good. The must have one heck of a market survey team before they add an item… Once it goes up on the board it seems to stay there forever. I do miss the car delivery when they would come out and put the tray on your window and load it up it all the goodies, usually 25 burgers, a couple of sacks of fries and a large coke(Harold and Kumar did it best). The Melville location is very clean, bright and convenient. I always wonder if they ever have fill all the tables and chairs up at the same time. I also liked the Lynbrook location, which has been in the same spot forever. They built the new WC building in the parking lot and were able to keep the old building open. One day the old building was gone and«poof,» new White Castle. I don’t believe that there is anything I can say to convenience to try the burgers if you’re not already a fan, but give em a try… You’ll be glad you did. By the way… they pair perfectly with a good Cab!

Place is usually clean when I’m there late night. There is no drive thru but who cares? I don’t mind going inside. The service is pretty quick and since I go late night there is not much of a crowd. There is a pretty good in and out. The food is hot and it’s white castles lol there is a parking lot for parking so it’s easy to run right in. I make it a pit stop when I’m in town.

To properly enjoy the true Lynbrook White Castle experience, you have to visit the restaurant at around 2am on a Saturday night. It’s similar to waiting in line for a men’s room sold out sporting event. The smell is rather similar as well. You’re likely to find at least one puddle of throw up in a corner and several nearly dead or passed out patrons slumped over in booths. The parking lot is an experience in and of itself: various patrons and miscreants can be found flocking and buzzing around in the White Castle parking lot like degenerate moths to a light. Lynbrook White Castle has been in the same location since probably before the pilgrims first came to this land. I think there probably was a White Castle trading post where various Indians could be found puking and pissing themselves while rolling around in muck and mire, not unlike the typical 2am, Saturday night patron that visits now. I would recommend that if you aren’t planning to actually become incarcerated and you’re curious as to what it’s like, pay a late night visit to Lynbrook White Castle and order yourself 5 – 6 steamed bologna burgers, sit in a corner and enjoy the show. Just remember, don’t make eye contact with any of the animals or you’re likely to become part of that show. Regards.

White castle is a famous institution that serves up a those square sliders, which you can get with cheese, and also comes in double burger size. No need to order anything else off the menu. Just get the burgers. This is usually best consumed between 12am and 4am. They can be addictive, but you will pay the piper the following day. This location was fine., its white castle, what do you expect. You get a burger that melts in your mouth. The burgers deserve the 5 star rating. Get em, get out, eat in the car on the way home or to wherever your destination is. No need to hang inside unless you are seeking drama.

Belly Bombers or Tummy Torpedoes, whatever you want to call them, White Castle sliders are f&%^^!king amazing! This particular location is typical of most of the locations on Long Island. It’s old, dirty, messy, garbage-y and had plenty of dried ketchup crust around the ketchup pump. It’s like dining on a Manhattan city street. Throw in a bunch of seedy looking people on a Friday night and you have really fast food, fast cause you better eat and go before getting stabbed. Tasty? Hell Yeah its White Castle. Will it clean out your gastrointestinal tract? Of Course! Glad I made it out alive to write this.

The White Castle of my teens still a favorite whenever I am on Long Island. Stopped here after Hurricane Sandy for Double cheese, onion rings and sweet potato fries. All prepared quick and correct with good service and a smile. Also much safer than the ones I visit in Jersey. The crave is always with me. Got my kids hooked on it too. I do miss the cardboard numbers now that it’s computerized.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My fries were cold and my burgers were dry as if they had been cooked and just sitting around dryng out. The condition of the store was shameful as they had food remains, dirty napkins, and ketchup staying on virtually every table leaving me with no choice but to eat in the car. Management must be retrained asap! Pictures will be added to show the world how customers are treated here.

I love white Castle! There is something about the unique taste, and there is something about the ambiance that makes me feel good. My favorite order is six cheeseburgers well steamed, one small rings and one small fries, and a chocolate shake & a glass of water. When I bite into that cheeseburger, and my teeth penetrate that little bun and the cheese and the burger and the onions and the pickle, I close my eyes and I know I have found heaven on earth. I have ordered sliders from the menus of the finest restaurants in Manhattan, and they boast that they are made from ground Japanese Kobe beef. They use caramelized Vidalia onions, sautéed in white French truffle butter, and combined with American cheese that comes from a small farm in Wisconsin, where 20 gallons of milk yield only 1 pound of cheese, which retails for $ 250, if you can find it. The buns are made of brioche, and the ketchup is homemade from blue ribbon Heirloom tomatoes, grown in the fertile soil that is fertilized with rodent feces, indigenous to Borneo. At $ 40 for three little cheeseburgers that almost look like White Castles, they don’t even come close to the burgers that I crave. There is no snob appeal to White Castle. The meat is cheap, the buns have no flavor, ketchup is Heinz if you’re lucky, and the cheese can be bought for $ 3.95 per lb. at the price club. The shakes are made with artificial ingredients that I don’t want to know about. The rings and fries are just ordinary, and come out of the freezer, and into the deep fryer. But I love them, and I always have and always will. That’s all I can say, because love conquers all, and I just can’t help it(nor do I want to).

As far as White Castles go, this is one of the best. The staff is always nice, the place is always extremely clean, and it’s a pretty convenient location, being on Sunrise Highway. I used to have a yearly tradition of getting a Crave Case(or two) with some friends for our New Year’s Eve party, then make New Year’s resolutions to not eat White Castle for another 365 days. …sometimes we would break that resolution d:
