We got take out from Red Lobster and were so impressed by their service. They didn’t skimp on the cheesy biscuits and they gave us extra drinks to make up for refills we would have had in the store. Thank you guys for excellent service, even at 9:30pm when the restaurant was nearing closing time!

Came here on a whim after seeing a movie. The location is really convenient. The hostesses were wonderful and chose not to be rude or frazzled, even though it was super busy. Our waitress Becca was fantastic! She was super friendly and attentive. My boyfriend and I got steamed crab legs and even though they were a bit overcooked, we enjoyed our meal because of our waitress. She kept the biscuits coming. Appetizers were prompt and when the meal took a little bit longer she apologized and made sure we were next up. Wonderful service. Okay food.

The Resturant has been remodeled recently, it’s clean, quiet and comfortable.
I got great service from Micah. He was really busy but had his hustle on!
I had Lobster Pizza and Shrimp Cocktail. Both items were great! I will be back.

I love this place!!! Their Cheddar Bay Biscuits are famous! No joke, you can but the biscuit mix in your local grocery store. The staff was amazing! It was my moms birthday and the waiter sang to my mom! My only complaint is that when i went to eat my mashed potatoes were hard. I give it 5 stars

Waited 10 min for drink order to be taken and over 10 minutes for them to arrive this was at 7 on Friday they were busy but definitely not slammed I don’t mind waiting a long time as long as I have a drink these is just basics

this was last night’s restaurant adventure for Lynchburg… and everyone else’s I guess. Again, for 2 on a Saturday, 40 minute wait. Luckily, it was a beautiful night, and they sat people really quickly, so it didn’t feel bad.
The restaurant itself is really nicely decorated – not too crazy even for a chain.
The food took a LONG time to get out, and it was adequate for my shrimp craving.
Overall, a good vibe, decent prices, and a good night.
…and oh, those cheddar bay biscuits

Let me start off by saying I really like Red Lobster. The service was great yesterday, Micah our waiter was funny and very attentive. I got the Fish n Chips, my wife ordered the soup and salad with shrimp on the side because she hates seafood. We started with the cheddar bay biscuits and they are awesome, warm and cheesy like me sometimes :). Our meals came out promptly and my portion of fish was huge, you get a big filet of cod and fries. The batter on the fish was rather lackluster, but I added malt vinegar and it boosted the flavor. My wife enjoyed her potato soup and I also really like the wood fired shrimp, just the right hint of smoke and they were cooked well. I will always dine at Red Lobster but won’t be ordering the fish n chips anymore.

As far as chain restaurant is concerned, I have always found Red Lobster restaurants to be professional, courteous, and high quality.
You won’t find that the location in Lynchburg varies at all. The manager always comes over to speak to you, the staff is professional and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food is always good. Always 4 or 5 cheddar bay biscuits in your basket, the salads are a good portion, and the seafood is excellent.
The only complaint I have is that the iced tea is $ 2.40.

The servers here are fantastic, and the food is top notch. The maple glazed chicken and shrimp are great. They go out of their way for their guests. Their hostesses are top notch, and their drinks are stiff! Must go!
