Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. I wanted to print 3 documents from my cellphone I had emailed myself. The woman was rude and impolitely told me to go outside and try to save them to my phone since the cell service in the building was not good. After I was able to save them to my phone I came back in and was unable to locate them as they were not JPEG images. She was rude when she told me good luck and I left. At no point did anyone seem like they really wanted to offer good customer service or was happy to be working there.

The pharmacist told me she couldn’t fill my rx’s because they had to order it. I gave her the rx’s and she refused them and again, she said she’d have to order the meds. I asked her to take the rx and call me when it is ready for pick up. She said she couldn’t fill it because it’ll take 5 days to process the rx. She would not even take the rx! She was patronizing me and playing«little miss know it all» the entire time I was there. I took the rx to Edmonds Pharmacy and left with all my medication. The tall pharmacy lady at walgreens is a heartless, smarmy, egotistical bi*^#. I left walgreens in tears for the second and last time.

Usually the drive through is dirty but tonight is all time low… the wall has been tagged! Feel like we are in the ghetto! The drive up they don’t use the microphone they yell at you through the drawer… TACKY The drive up has several of the lights are out. They always have a long wait to pick up medicine. I usually go to another one but this one is closer to my home. I have now been #2 in line with someone behind me so i cannot leave… and have been here 15 minutes.

The pharmacist did exactly what I wanted to hear! They didn’t have the exact product but was willing to order it! That’s more then what Rite Aid would do! Plus, the pharmacist spoke English which was a huge bonus! This will be my new store for prescription refills!

I come here because it’s close to my house but it’s not the best by any means. I usually swing by when I need to print out some photos. I went to upload some pics and it took SO long. I had a lot of photos(about 900) but it took almost 45 minutes. I tried it again online at Snapfish later and it only took about 10 minutes. The quality of the printed photos is just so-so. I could probably print out better photos at home on my computer if the ink didn’t cost so much. The staff here is really hit or miss. Sometimes I get accosted by staff but everyone is friendly. Other days, the staff ignores you and scowls a lot. There’s one grumpy old man in particular who is not very nice — he’s been rude to me and I’ve seen him be rude to other customers as well. A woman asked him a question and he was very dismissive, told her the answer very abruptly and walked away even though she had more questions. So…not my favorite place but I’ll go if I have to.

Do not use their photo department. They did a terrible job of printing my photos. Prints were trimmed leaving white space on the sides of some, rough edges. PIeces of something gummy/sticky were stuck on some photos. All sizes of photos were just dropped into a thin paper envelope, not even stacked neatly or smaller sizes placed in one of those smaller photo envelopes. 8×10 was bent. The print quality was poor. Plus the clerk tried to charge me again for my order, even though I’d already paid online. The Walgreens I usually go to(their photo department was down) does a stellar job with photos — I am so disappointed. Many of these prints are unusable unless I re-trim, and if I can get the sticky stuff off. My advice: Take your photos elsewhere.

Great place to stop by at if you’re from around the area. Employees are nice and the pharmacy is great. Very knowledgeable people there :) Only downfall would be their photo service :(
