I love Pizza Hut. However, save yourself the trouble. Order some where else. You would think it would was enough. Place an online order and you get a pizza. Right? Wrong! I place an online order just to learn it would take an hour and ten minutes. I called to cancel the order since that was way too long. They told me if i cancelled it would take 3 days to get my money back so I decided to keep the order. The delivery guy came within 30 minutes. However, I was at St. Francis in the ICU getting an update on my boyfriend’s father’s condition. I missed the delivery persons call. When I called back, they had cancelled my order. WTH? It was already paid for. You think they would attempt to delivery again or let us pick it me. Nope. All they said was that my order had been cancelled and the money would return to my account. Seriously no service no empathy. We have been in the hospital all day without eating a meal. The only reason we decide to order was because we see the Pizza Hut delivery guy at the hospital and thought it would be an easy and for sure thing. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else.

The worst customer service ever gave my card number to this girl like 10 times and she couldn’t get it right I gave her one digit at a time and she still couldn’t get it I guess she graduated from Lynwood high!

Worst customer service ever! Was trying to place a simple order but sad to say the female worker assisting me didn’t quite understand English! I was giving her my card # when I had to repeat it more than 5 times and she still wasn’t understanding the numbers. She rudely hung up the phone and never gave me her name. I called back several times and every time I asked the name of the employee who hung up on me they would either place me on hold or hang up on me AGAIN! I spoke to a male employee and he didn’t want to give me his name. This is ridiculous! All these employees need to be trained on giving the best customer service to customers.

First and foremost, I am NOT expecting anything free. This is sincerely out of pure shock from the disrespect I reviewed. I called about 15 minutes ago to place an order and when it came time to give my card number, they HUNGUP on me after the first couple of digits. Are you serious? We are living in a time where reputation is everything and Pizza Hut needs to do something about these individuals at this location. I was nice, patient, and sincere with these individuals. I had to repeat my card number multiple times because the worker couldn’t understand; that’s fine, take your time, I have no issue repeating myself but DONOT hang up on me! That is the worst thing one could do. All I ask is that these individuals are spoken to about customer service and learn to respect the customers. Decided to give Pizza Hut another try and was pleasantly surprised by how the new pizzas were. So after a few orders… few times the delivery was very late. understandable. Sometimes they got our order slightly wrong. No big deal… The reasoning behind this bad review is how they handled our last order. Ordered a pizza with spinach on it. I’ve ordered pizza from other places with spinach and was very delicious. When our pizza arrived, whoever put our pizza together apparently forgot that this pizza had spinach and threw it on top of the pizza after it was cooked. Spinach is supposed to be cooked with the pizza. They didn’t even wash it… so for safety reasons i called back and told them that i wasn’t going to eat this pizza because the spinach wasn’t even washed. E. coli anyone? i just wanted another pizza, i was even going to go pick it up, even though it was a delivery. The person on the phone said that is how pizza hut does it. Funny because i had called a different store before i contacted the store that delivered my pizza and spoke with a manager and asked how spinach was prepared on a pizza and she said that it was cooked along with the pizza. With this prior information, after the person on the phone said that the spinach was«just tossed»(person on the phone words) on the pizza, i told her that i wanted to speak with a manger because knew this information was false. She then proceeded to tell me she was the manager and said sorry but thats the way the pizza is made. At which point i was about to ask for the district managers number but was promptly cut off and the person on the phone hung up on me. My next call was the next day and was told that the manager was on vacation and so was the district manager. OK yea sure they are. This place has lot to learn in the customer service department and i hope that the actual store manager reads this and takes proper steps so this wont happen to another customer. i just wanted a pizza with spinach, guess im out $ 15 now

i have been getting the $ 10 discount emails. I Have ordered 6 pizzas in the last 2 weeks and they have all been good, However there was one that was under cooked but it might have been my fault for putting to many toppings. Overall pizza is good.

I decided to order online and my confirmation stated my pizza would arrive at 7:03pm. I know that it would take a few minutes extra so I gave it until 7:30pm before I called Pizza Hut. When I called the gentlemen confirmed that my order was to be delivered at 7:03pm. He said to hold on and he would get the manager on the phone. After a minute on hold the manager gets on the phone and says her driver was at my house and that no one answered so he had to take the pizza back. I told her that no one came knocking to my door because we were here and we were waiting on him. When I asked the manager why he didn’t knock all she could say was I don’t know. How do you not know? Since when do drivers call the client rather than getting off their car to knock on the door. The manager said she could have it re-delivered and would throw in a free soda. Really? A soda. So I asked her how long before they would re-deliver and she said another 30 mins. I should not wait another 30 mins to have my pizza delivered. So I told her to cancel my order. On top of it she had an attitude. Pizza Hut you really need to retrain your drivers to knock on a door before calling a client. Not everyone one is by their phone expecting a call from the delivery man.

We’ve been customers for the past 10 years or more and it’s been a while since we’ve gone there so today we decided to order. Usually we do cary, so we figured why not delivery for once, and yeah that was a a bad idea! the lady I spoke to had a really bad attitude and we’ve waited a little over an hour long story short I called em and asked what was going on and apparently they claim that they were calling us and no 1 answered coming to find out the lady with an attitude wrote the wrong number SMH Never again!!!

I ordered the big dinner box today. The delivery girl was OK. She didn’t smile or anything. She just acted like she was in a hurry. The pizza didn’t take long to get here but it wasn’t full cooked. After about two peices I looked at the bread and it was still pretty gooey. I don’t think imma order from this location again.

I’ve ordered pizza for years from this location and it’s service has just deteriorated over the years. The service and customer service is as bad as it get the delivery is never on time and the pizza is never made right its usually under cooked or just not made right. It’s not like the price is that great either. I’ll stick to papa johns from now on.

Had me wait 2 hours for an order. Called in and asked what was taking so long and they said the guy was on his way. Told them I would continue to wait. Waited another 20 min… Nothing. Called and spoke to the«manager» Andy… Who told me that they cancelled my order because I hung up on him when he tried to tell me my eta… After the guy was already an hour and a half late. Made up a bullshit story when I asked for general managers info. Will be filing a complaint to corporate for the horrible customer service at this location!!! Customers always come first. I didn’t hang up on you, and up until you lied about our phone conversation I was polite. Charge wasn’t even refunded until I told them to refund it! He was just going to cancel my order and let the charge go through. I’ve worked in retail for way to many years to see such a horrible manager handle things the way he did. I am Thoroughly disgusted with how you as a manager represent this company…

Okay so I just ordered pizza from this store, I got it delivered to me I got the small pan pizza, extra cheese, extra sausage, bell peppers, grilled chicken & a drizzle of the honey sirichia sauce. Now the reason I didn’t give full stars is because when the pizza came the sauce was everywhere and also I ordered breadsticks and they weren’t warm at all they tasted like they have been sitting there for a long time, other than that the pizza was so good. Bill was 15.53 which I think is ridiculous because the delivery price is 3.25 ! Crazy if you ask me.

I’ve never had a problem here. Great customer service. I’ve been a customer for over ten years. It’s good for lazy days when I don’t feel like cooking. It can be a bit greasy but what do you expect from fast food. Once in a while doesn’t hurt. Honestly, it’s the customer service that keeps me coming :-)

Called to order a pizza… took 45 minutes… delivery guy very nice but the half super suprem /half hawain pizza was not cooked all the way… dough was still goo-ee. Long story short called to speak with a manager @10:17pm to redeliver a new pizza…11:05pm called the manger and he acted like he didnt know that I still had not recieved the pizza. Terrible service!

I ordered the $ 10 my crust any size pizza with 5 toppings! It was delicious and I just downloaded the app to my phone and ordered it like that. Fast and easy. They sent me an e-mail with the location that I picked and the time it would be ready. Thanks guys I got there and it was ready to go home and be enjoyed. Pizza was hot and delicious!
