Tom’s Burgers

Amazing place staff and great food and service. I ve been to other place called toms burgers… but this one is by far diffient… the food quality is worth stopping by… the staff is amazing… Made me and my family feel right at home hell even when i left the place the hole staff said bye… Will stop by again soon

Service was horrible here I work nearby and I will not go back received our food very late some guy called himself a manager in came out and he was horrible to Tony what kind of manager are you. Toms need to rethink their management strategies very poor customer service

Ordered a cheese omelette. …it had one slice of yellow cheese cut in half ON TOP of the egg. This is so not an omelette lol whateves

Delicious is what it should be named!!! Friendly staff, prices are fair and the food is yummy. I had a cheeseburger that made my mouth water. Toms I am a customer for life

Racist. If you are Latino or a Doctor enjoy. If you really need to go there and you are not, just watch those cooks and those portions.

Pretty sure previous reviews are outdated. Today was the second time I went in and was very pleased. We were greeted and served our food within 10 mins of ordering.
The burgers are really good here, portions are big price is inexpensive and they aren’t bland at all. I could see this place being a regular for me and my girlfriend I’ll definitely be back for sure!

Stopped by before heading to the hospital across the street to see my father. But my family needed some lunch.
Used the drive-​thru and asked for 5 cheeseburger specials plus a patty melt and a order of onion rings.
When I got to the window she told me my total and told me that I ordered 5 cheeseburgers and a patty melt plus onion rings. I said wait. Doesn’t the specials come with fries and a drink, she said no, maybe I want to order a family special which has 4 of everything (drink/​burger/​fries).
I then asked if by saying special it meant a combo special. She then said well its a small drink. That is when I knew I for one was confused or she misunderstood my order, you see in many hamburger joints when you say a burger special that means a burger, fries and a drink.
Well guess what I got… Guess, jk.
6 drinks (3 large and 3 small)
5 cheeseburgers (2 double cheeseburgers and 3 cheeseburgers)
6 french fries
1 patty melt
1 onion rings
The patty melt was very good. The burgers I’m sure were ok, the fries were seasoned well (I took one or few fries…) the onion rings were ok at first but way to greasy at the end.
Would I return, not sure. Even though the food was good and the staff member was not A+, there are other options nearby.

I’ve eaten hear many times and the food is OK the people hear are very nice and polite It is a cool place to come to late at night when you are hungry for a cheese burger or a salad it is very fast service they don’t mess around check them out when you get a chance

Let me just state first of all that the 4 stars are solely for their breakfasts, which are amazing. Everything else on their menu is just okay in my book.
Being that this Tom’s is located right by my job, I’ll frequent it every now and then. If its breakfast time, I’ll usually get the bacon and eggs combo. I’m a hug fan of their hash browns! Usually, hash browns, bacon, sausage, eggs and wheat toast just about do it for me! As for their lunch, well, they tend to over serve, especially with their fries. I mean they are not the best but also they aren’t the worst! I don’t think I have ever finished their fries! Their club sandwich is pretty good here. I am also a big fan of their fried zucchini!!! Yum!
It is hard for me to give this place such a high rating. Drive thru always takes forever. The staff here however, are always courteous and their breakfast and fried zucchini rock too!!!

Good customer service, good food, nice restaurant environment. the only problem I found, it was that maybe AC was not working, or it was off, but It was hot inside, and it just felt suffocating (I have no breathing problems). Outside the heat and suffocation everything else was good.

This place has excellent customer service. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant. And the waffle breakfast is deeeliciousssss!!! and the cheeseburger combo as well. Haven’t tried anything else but I’m sure it’s bomb.

This review is based only on their breakfast, as I haven’t tried anything else is there.
I used to work near this establishment and would stop by every so often to get breakfast to go. My usual order was: sausage, eggs sunny-​side up and hash browns. It also came with toast (your choice of bread). I would call my order in about 15 minutes before I’d arrive, and it would almost always be ready when I got there. Also, I would drive thru to pay and pick up my food, instead of going inside, and they never seemed to mind that. In fact, the cashier was always very friendly.
The food itself is typical breakfast fare, and tasted just as it should. The portions were BIG and therefore the overall value was good. I’d be able to make at least 2 meals out of my breakfast!
I can’t rate the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, as I never stepped foot inside, however the customer service was great and the food was decent. I’d eat here again if it were nearby and convenient, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I came here about 2 months ago with my mom while we were at the hospital and we didn’t know what to eat. So I invited her here and I loved the service. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was super generous and she got our order right. It is a bit pricey, but the food is worth it. I ordered my burrito with no beans and they actually got it right for the first time ever when I went for refills and a container to go, she didn’t make me wait there she brought it to me. Of course, I gave her a good tip for her good service. I recommend this place

Really good! Nice décor inside as well, a bit unexpected for a burger joint. Greek salad and turkey burger were really good. Customer service was an A+.

Cheeseburger was great! The patty is NOT skinny! Very fresh, deliciously charbroiled. Fries tasted like potatoes. Winning! The ranch dressing could have been better. Overall this was worth the trip!

I have given this place so many chances. They always forget something. After today, no more chances. Our order was simple, chicken and waffles and breakfast special #4 French toast, eggs and sausage. We get home, no French toast. Just eggs and sausage? We decide, whatever lets just eat. The food was disgusting. Bland with no flavor, comparable to dog food. Our dog enjoyed it. So disappointing because a year ago this was our favorite spot and now, it’s comparable to McDonald’s on our list.

Me: I pulled through the drive– thru and the women over the intercom says…
Employee: «can you please wait?»
Me: yes… (5minute later)…
Employee: are you ready to order?
Me:yes.can I have a chicken salad?
Employee: … (silence) … a minute passes by
Me: hello? .i wait more… helloooooooo???
Employee: are u ready to order? (With an attitude)
Me: yes I ordered already. .
Employee: well I didnt hear you (more attitude)
Me: forget it, I dont like you’re attitude
I’ve tried giving this place a chance… but again and againnive been disappointed. .they need to re-​think their staff.
**** there is a subway across the st, that have people with better customer service***** come here if you want to get mediocre food with a side order of attitude

Disgusting. I used to love this place. They must’ve gotten new cooks or smthg. Twice in a row where i ask for chili cheese fries and get pink meat, first time i let it slide but a second time cmon and not only was the meat pink but there was a hair in my fries. Ugh.!! Oh and not friendly at all, at least not the drive thru!

This is a nice sit-​down typa place. They’re very nice and clean. The food is really good. The prices are fair. The portions are pretty big. They bring the food to ur table too.
They have their own private parking. I can’t really say i’ve had a bad experience. wow thats a first! Lol

I went to the drive-​through to get my chicken salad fix. The wait was not long, the service was great, and the chicken salad was delicious.
The chicken is marinated and very tasty. It is grilled and placed in top of a mixture of lettuce, red cabbage, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, and diced boiled eggs. It comes with your choice of dressing and a side of toasted pita bread.
I completely recommend it!
