Been eating bobo’s since i moved to south LA in 2010. I love this location and the firestone/santa fe one. The chili cheese fries are so good, the asada plate is bomb especially for a burger joint and of course they have some good burgers! 5⁄5 even with the occasional waits and price hikes.

The ground beef tacos are 2 for 3 dollars and horrible. And who puts a slice of AMERICANCHEESE inside a taco wtf. The onion rings are good but these are not home made. The burgers are bomb and so are the fries.

Steak Picada, trust me… It is the best piece of meat you will get in Lynwood. A good portion and a decent flavor. Cut thin and seasoned, almost like Milanesa without the breading. Fries, Rice, Beans, Salad, and Condiments. The best at only $ 8.95… It’s pretty good, plus tax…

Wow, just randomly found this place on Unilocal while driving down Imperial. I ordered the #12 Colossal Burger combo. My goodness pure fire!!! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked. The pastrami was amazing. Definitely will be coming here again. Best place I have found since The Hat.

First time ever eating at this one me and my fiancée ordered a chicken salad and our salad was nothing but the old yellow/white hard part of the center of the lettuce they put just a little of green lettuce in it. That didn’t make any sense. I feel like we was treated like a damn rabbit. But everything else was ok just the main part of the salad the damn lettuce. We live in L.a. we was passing through lynwood and wanted a salad so when we got home to eat we stirred everything up and both of our salad was horrible. We just know the next time not to get a salad if they gonna give out that kind of lettuce or just not go to that one. We was better off making our own chicken salad. We were not satisfied at all!!!

The husband and I have eaten here a few times. The food is ok. The servers are very nice and the wait is not too long. The price is good, but I feel you don’t get enough food. I have had hamburgers, the pastrami sandwich, and fries. The hamburger is good, the pastrami was very fatty, and you don’t get nearly enough fries. But overall, this place is good – good enough for 4 stars when I only, honestly, want to give 3.5. We live nearby and will definitely be back again, I’ll just order more fries.

If you want a mom and pop like burger, iam talking about big fat juice voluptuous burger with fresh veggies and that nice creamy mayonnaise type sauce. try their bacon cheese burger. Ugh! Y las papa!!! No manches, nice and healthy but not enough to kill you. Good seasoned fries. And when I feel like being healthy I order their griled chicken salad. Super delicious and full filling. Try it! Youll be there all the time like me :-p

So much yessss! One of the many things I miss about living in California are these hole in the wall greasy spoon type restaurants. From the greasy burgers to the homemade thousand island dressing, these places remind me of home. It’s been years since I’ve been to this restaurant and my cousin insisted we go here instead of my usual Tam’s(review to come). I ordered the pastrami sandwich special with extra pickles. It was amazing! The pastrami was moist, the bread was soft and the extra pickles just made it better! I opted to upgrade my fries from regular to chili cheese and it was so worth the $ 1.95! They were so gooey cheesy and delicious! My aunt had the pastrami version of these fries and let me tell you… Heaven. Slather some of that thousand island and I’m dead. Deff can’t wait to eat the second half of my sandwich later!

Lunch here was mediocre. The #5 Southwestern chicken sandwich hqs had better days. Granted the place looks good and nicer than what it used to be. But it has lost it’s luster. The food was better when it looked like a dump. It had more flavor you could actually taste the condiments used for taste variety. Sorry to say that I’m glad I don’t come here that often as I could. So looking better has affected the quality of consumption.

I used to live next door to this place and frequented here and was always satisfied. I now live in San Diego an every time I come and visit I make sure to stop and get my Bobo’s fix. PLEASEBRINGONETOSANDIEGO!!! I swear I will bring you soooo much business! The burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads-everything is delicious. There were improvements made since we lived next door and the food has equally improved-although it wasn’t bad before.

Over the last 14 years, I remembered this place as it once was the old Bobos. I remember the workers were very friendly… this is a very nostalgic place for me. I returned to check out their new look and taste with a childhood friend that lives down the block and I was blown away. Nothing has changed! Everything seemed so great! The workers are friendly, burgers are great, their salads are the best and their fries are as good as they have ever been. Prices are a little higher that I expected but for their taste I say it’s worth it.

We moved out of the area, then back again and I can say this is one of the highlights. Amazing burgers, good prices and star service. My favorite is the breakfast burritos. I always share because it’s so filling. If you want a genuine burger stop by.

It is said, absence makes the heart grow fonder. It’s been more than a decade since my last visit, and close to 20 years since I lived in the old colonial style apartment just behind the parking lot, and I must say, it’s only gotten better. The fries are fantastic x burgers juicy and delicious, and even the Mexican food left me impressed. Good job guys!

With time to kill before an important meeting, breakfast was on the agenda. Unilocalers didn’t lead us astray with Bobo’s(they rarely do), but it definitely is a place that focuses on the food, rather than the décor. I mean, c’mon. It’s called Bobo’s. We had the breakfast burritos, which are enormous for their tiny $ 4.99 cost. The hubs decided on sausage, while I opted for bacon(shock of all shocks). The egg, cheese, meat, pico de gallo, and hash brown combo was stellar, though I do wish the hash browns had been salted a little more. Add some of their salsa to your burrito – it’s smokier than it is hot and is a great combination with the eggy deliciousness. Despite working in a fast food restaurant at 7am on a Friday, these folks were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re in need of burrito refreshment.
