I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions and every time my service has been subpar. You know it’s fine you just think the waiters are young not getting paid enough to care as long as the food is fine. But my visit today was the worst I’ve had at any restaurant in recent memory.
We were seated and given menus. We chose out meals quickly and just were waiting for a waiter to stop by. Five minutes pass no server, it’s not a busy time of day you just kind of shrug it off and talk. 20 minutes later no one has come by to even get us drinks. I didn’t bother complaining we just left and no one even stopped us on the way out. Twenty minutes on a Monday afternoon, and we don’t get noticed? Pathetic is all I can say.

Something has changed at this location. The last several times I have made a to go order I have been shorted two to four wings on a larger order. This was rarely a problem in the past but my last four or five orders have come up short.

Went to buffalo wild wings last week and the service was great and the workers were really nice! But the food though was good i had some fries and some wings and the wings were huge! And taste really good but the fries were not that great but not bad either but i would highly recommend this place!

I’m not really sure what went wrong in the kitchen but I asked for fries with no salt with my meal I got fries with no salt with my meal however, everything else came with five times the amount of salt it should have had friends sitting at the table tasted it and my food tasted nothing like theirs I’m not sure if they were just trying to be jerks I thought it would be funny but I’ll never darken those doors again for any other Buffalo Wild Wings for that matter I am giving 1 star because the berry lemonade was the only good thing.

Aside from the teenaged high school staff the food is pretty good and fresh. I feel that it is priced okay with what you order. Back to the staff though! There’s a lot of high school aged waitresses that seem to not take their job seriously. Groups of girls hanging out talking and laughing while the others who clearly need their jobs bust their butts. There was a table next to us who had poor service, their waitress was walking back and forth to the entrance where her boyfriend was hanging out. After an hour they kissed and hugged and the guy left. The people next to us saw the whole thing and were very upset, our waitress had to help them. The manager needs to fire or have control of her staff! Otherwise cold beer and good food!

Service is very hit or miss at this location. Last time I was there I waited an hour for a snack size of boneless wings and the waiter was severely lacking in attention to his tables on top of that.
The food is what made me give them two stars instead of one and I was tempted to give a third but couldn’t. Once the food did arrive it was good as always and that, and that alone is what will keep me coming back, despite poor service. I was just lucky to have a smart phone with excellent battery life for this visit

Good experience with BWW this past Saturday. Was with a group of about 10 people, all there to watch football, eat some wings, and drink some beverages. Our server was attentive without being over-​bearing, and our drinks did not stay empty for very long. The food was on par with what I’ve usually had from BWW… nothing spectacular, but definitely good bar-​type food.

I’ve been there a couple of times because I like the wings and the selections, but I hate the noisy sports bar atmosphere. If they lost the TV’s and put in some sound dampening, I’d be much more inclined to go back.

I was a little disappointed in the service. I’ve gone a few times and I feel like its been hit or miss. They are either all on, or completely off.
The food is great, and I loved watching the NBA finals on the big screen, but if they improved the service I’d be a lot happier of a customer

Pricey but the wing sauces here are awesome. Great to come here for ufc fights. Just not for drinks. cause they will get SUPER expensive. otherwise, not a bad spot to grab a bite to eat. i’m a big fan of the asian zing and honey bbq.
