Simone Eye Center

I am so happy with this eye center. First of all, I never knew my insurance covered routine eye exams, so I kind of feel like an idiot for all these years going to the cheap places. Anyway, I was referred here by my primary care doctor because of some on going issues and what a gem of a place. I was so happy to find them. I have been there twice now and the staff is so nice. I have only seen Dr. Varnelli and he is so personable and willing to help you. He explains things to you and does not rush you out the door. This is my new place now till I die. I am int he process of trying to find the right contacts for my messed up eyes and Dr. Varnelli is so patient and willing to work with me. The first time I went there, the assistant was so kind that I actually had to tell the doctor how great she was. You just dont find customer service like this anymore. And let me tell you, I am due for some good treatment as I find most doctors just want to rush you out the door and do not listen to their patients at all. Its so frustrating. You will not find this here I promise. They also have updated equipment and you dont have to the puff thing in the eye thing there. They have newer equipment that does that with out the puff. Thank God! i hate that.
oh and another thing i love is that they are not there to up sale you on glasses or contacts. I dont think you can even buy your contacts there. Its so nice.
