This place hasn’t gotten any better since you left. We encountered sticky/​filthy carpet, stained couch, filthy walls, bugs, dirty towels…

O M G! Where do I start?
–stained sheets & duvets
–rocking (literally) toilet
–mildewed shower curtain
–cleaning staff that didn’t bother to clean our room during our stay
but…
the coup de grâce:
I found (what I & Google believe to be) a BED BUG before I checked out.
