Hampton Inn

Reservations made 6 weeks ago for adjoining rooms and promised them. When checking in we were advised the rooms had been given to others and all they could do was give us rooms on the same floor. Since we were traveling with children, this was not an ideal situation. Management at hotel was unconcerned and not accommodating. I would use caution if booking more than 1 room. Hotel is clean and stylish but the staff we encountered were not up to par with those normally found in Hilton hotels.

Great Brand new hotel. New design hotel. Nice and clean! Walk 15 feet to Cracker Barrel.
One negative was, when I asked the front desk to change the TV channel for breakfast, I was told that they, were told to only have the TV turned to CNN.
A lot of people at the breakfast were very upset about that.

We got in late (1:30am) and stayed in Room 211 last night. Starting at 5:00am and continuing every 30 – 45 seconds there was a loud banging sound. We assumed that it was someone in an nearby room but as this noise continued for hours we realized it must be something else. After giving up on any hopes of sleep I went downstairs to discover that the noise is the door slamming between the food and kitchen area. The staff are moving through this door letting it slam behind them constantly. The manager offered us a new room — at this point it was 8:00am. Since we booked our room with points there was nothing more she could do. They said it is not possible to prop this kitchen door open. Rooms 211, 209 and maybe 213 should be avoided at all costs, Unless you’re leaving at 5:00am

We booked this with Hilton honor points and only had to use 20,000 points which was great. Hotel is newer, very clean, modern décor and the front desk is friendly. I am super picky about hotels I stay at during road trips. I read all reviews and I am always looking for cleanliness. I was very happy with this selection. We like to stay in towns that are well populated for safety, emergencies etc. The town is nice and large with restaurants and shopping, target, mall etc. there is a Cracker Barrel across just a few steps from the parking lot. They also have breakfast included at this hotel.

Very nice and new. Spacious room. Friendly service and warm cookies in the evening. Very convenient to I475 and you can just walk across parking lot to Cracker Barrel.

Very nice place but then it is practically a new hotel. It has been totally redone. I come here a lot for my work. I’ll change to this place now.

Brand new Hampton Inn and Suites! ! Very clean, customer service very friendly and helpful. Hallway clean, fitness room up to date with brand new equipment and clean. Room staff was on point with cleanliness and making sure rooms clean, thank you! Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, great location plenty of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was awesome also juice, omelets, potatoes, sausage, etc… This hotel was a good experience.

Brand new Hampton! They tore down the old style that was here and rebuilt. Well worth stopping here.
Tommy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this Hampton on 3 different occasions. Older style, but clean and friendly staff. Smaller breakfast area– but they do a good job.

Clean and friendly with large rooms.
