Slow service, sweet tea was good and the lady at window was cheerful. Tea was made by someone that loves sweet tea because it was sweet

I really had to search for this, to make sure I had the right restaurant. I would not ordinarily write a review of McDonald’s, but this was the worst place I have even been and I see it’s not a surprise judging from the other reviews. We were traveling and tired with three kids and pulled in for much needed coffee and a few sandwiches. The coffee was cold and so were the sandwiches, the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was like they just slapped the cheese on the burgers and sent them out. I sent my granddaughter back in to have them heat the coffee and the sandwiches again. My granddaughter said they looked at her with an expression like, «I know you didn’t bring that back in here». I promised myself when I return home, I would write a review. This gives McDonald’s a bad name. I blame management. I hope they read this and make changes. I say to anyone keep moving until you find another place to eat. If they don’t care about the appearance of the restaurant, what do you think about your food.

Just plain awful. One night, I was working a late night at work. My coworkers and I were weak and weary, so we thought we could use a nice little caffeine boost as a pick-me-up. I took orders and everyone wanted iced coffees. Well, I go to this McDonald’s location because it is just down the street from us. I put in my order(one of the iced coffees has to be sugar-free since I’m a diabetic, by the way), pay the money at the first window, and drive forward. When I get there, the employee looks at me curiously and asks what I ordered. I begin to tell him and then he says«ho’d on» and goes to get what I assume to be the manager — a middle aged gentleman with a thick mid eastern accent. «What is order?» he asks. Again, I begin to tell him about my iced coffees. «You have ticket?» he asks. «Huh?» was my reply. «Ticket!» he barks. I fish into my pocket and get the ticket, which was wrapped around my coworkers’ change and give it to him. He looks at it and says, «Pull forward. I bring to you.» Well, I’m sitting in my car like a jackass waiting for about 7 or 8 minutes, the whole time thinking that I really need to get back to work. Finally, this girl comes out with a sheepish look on her face. She doesn’t say a word, just slowly offers up a tray of iced coffees. Now, right away I could tell something was wrong, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Before she could sneak back inside I said, «Hang on. Something’s wrong here.» I still couldn’t exactly figure it out, but then I asked, ‘Which one is sugar free?” «I don’t know. I didn’t make it,» she said. «Well, one of these is supposed to be sugar free and it kindof matters because I’m diabetic.» Again, I get the ubiquitous«ho’d on.» Several minutes later, the middle eastern manager trots out another concoction and says, «This sugar free. Sorry.» OK… whatever. I just take it and drive off. As I’m walking back into work, I’m still looking at the drinks and thinking something is wrong. Finally a coworker and I are ready to take our first sips. Tea. Those jerks had apparently ran out of coffee, substituted tea in its place and expected us to not notice the difference. They had loaded it with cream and flavoring, but it was tea! It was absolutely horrible. My coworkers and I threw the drinks away and trudged through the night, a bunch of mindless, caffeine-free zombies. Thanks, McDonald’s.

I stopped on a long road trip to stretch legs and get my usual iced tea. Bathrooms not clean. As I wait for my tea cup I see ice cream melted from machine dripping on the floor. Then I go to fill my cup with ice and there is a big brown roach run in front of me. I’m sure they are all having a party with all the sugar soda spilt everywhere! I told counter girl about the roaches and she just smirked and continued to fill orders! Please stay away! I would have if I’d looked at the reviews first. The best thing here was a older man needing a meal and it was his birthday. I gave him a big meal!

Sooo; it seems to me that this McDonalds may be something folk lore is made of or kind if like a car accident… Even if you you try to look away you just can’t. I am traveling and decide hey… It’s mcdonalds and we can hit the bathroom, grab a quick drink and be on our way. I’m not sure that after stepping inside that I even wanted to order a drink cup because I didn’t want to subject myself to the horror that looked like had been unveiled here! This place was disgusting… Does nobody know what a breom or a mop looks like? Can a manager or employee say«hey there are napkins, straws and ketchup all over the counter»? I suspect that managers and/or owners know the deal here and don’t care so I think it’s only right to advise others.

In one word, horrible. Our order was simple, but they got it wrong regardless. After ordering, we had to pass up 3 tables before we found a «clean» one. We should have left running at this point, but my boyfriend and I aren’t fond of eating in the car and he wanted mcdonalds breakfast while we’re on the road. The floors need sweeping. Their windows need washing. I couldn’t even eat my food because I kept staring at the peeling paint and hole in the wall! This place needs to be disinfected to say the least. Glad this was only a stop for us and will never return EVER! This is a lesson learned To Unilocal even Mcdondalds BEFORE you go in. I could have saved myself from this dump.

I didn’t find it remarkably dirty. Great spot for kids — has a HUGE playground. Employees said good morning to each customer that came in.

Just backing up all the bad reviews: yep– bathrooms were filthy, employees were indifferent(literally didn’t even look at me once when I ordered), and most machines broken. We cancelled the order and ran away fast. I also have to mention all the stragglers outside panhandling and walking around the parking lot looking in windows. Lock your car! Better yet, don’t even come here.

No soap in bathroom, no towels, no napkins in self serve area, sanitizer wipes empty in play land, just think of how un clean it is if nobody can wash or wipe hands off. Out of ice, our of tea, out of ketchup, the list goes on. Told employee and they didn’t seem to care which Is the worst part. Stuck around to see how long until customers could get napkins… 25 minutes. Same for restroom but they didn’t fill soap. I typically give 4 or 5 star reviews because I’m easy to please. This was a horrible experience.

This location is absolute garbage. The ‘coffee’ machine: broke, ‘hot chocolate’ machine: broke, ‘orange juice’ machine: broke and everything but the hash browns were over cooked. STAYAWAY!

Let me tell something to ju! I’ve often seen it mentioned on Unilocal talk threads that there is no need to review fast food restaurants, but I must say I disagree. Sometimes you find one that is unusually great and sometimes, even by fast food standards, it’s unusually bad. I think it’s useful to know where you can get a reliable meal AND what locations to avoid. This would be a location to avoid. THIRTEENEMPLOYEES!!! That’s right, 13, one-three, trece, treize, dreizehn, and service was slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through a giant pool of peanut butter. — — — — — STANDARDS — WHAT’S THAT??? The floors were sticky, the sweet tea practically requires an insulin shot after drinking and the work area in the highly visible kitchen was unkempt. There was a patty of meat on the floor that had been repeatedly stepped on. Me: Seriously? Nobody sees this? / o |\ | _ Employees: *See what? *Sweet tea needs more sugar // o o o o /|\ /|\ /|\ /|\ /\ /\ /\ /\ | | *I’m on break *I just clocked out The patty was in plain view from the cashier counters and yet no one seemed to notice it or all the other food droppings all over the floors. Why is this important? In my opinion it shows the lack of concern for quality… which was also evident by the poor service and standards. I admittedly don’t have great eyesight, but even I could easily see the salt caked all over the walls of the french fry bin. There was enough that you could scrape it off and salt more fries for the next few days. I asked for unsalted fries just to avoid them being placed in this bin, which likely had not been wiped all day. o mmmm, I love super salty fries o |\ ____/* | | | –employee making fries || * barf –me — — — - not an actual re-enactment(but close) — — — THEVERDICT Management should have been embarrassed by the conditions of the interior, but then again, they didn’t seem to notice either. Ray Kroc, I’m sure your vision for McDonald’s was far from what most have become today. It’s sad to see a place that brought me so much joy as a kid turn into someplace I barely ever consider going as an adult. Locations like this are why.
