If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I’ve never seen a sales staff so eager to make a buck at the expense of the customer in my life. I caution everyone visiting this location to ask multiple questions before EVER paying for a thing. I think they’re quick to give you a total without explaining what you’re actually paying for. Also check online prices before going to the store to make sure you’re getting the right price. They tried charging me over $ 130 for my free phone upgrade when the website had it listed for free. After showing them this, they became very rude and never even apologized. Another time they tried to convince me I’d get a free speaker with a certain phone but failed to mention it actually cost me my rebate of $ 50 — not free! I’ve also witnessed staff complaining about when they could clock out right in front of me and seen them talk back to customers. Please be careful and don’t be afraid to be stern when dealing with these people! Don’t let their «friendly» demeanor weasel away your hard earned money!
