I love kfc but this location… has a lot of problems. They are constantly out of product. On any given day at least two of the things I try to order they are out of. Also the chicken is so inconsistent which I don’t get, don’t they have cooking instructions that they follow? How can it be dry as a bone one visit and then the next visit pink in the middle? Don’t do the drive through, you won’t be able to understand the person taking your order and you will wait forever. Park and go in. Or better yet head over to fast way chicken… you will be better off.

Worst KFC I ever been to. Place is dirty. Employees are extremely rude. Chicken was raw. Mac and cheese was cold. And the biscuits were hard. Will never come back to this KFC. I’m surprised this KFC is still open for business. So disappointed.

I think rude convicts are employed here because I was craving some chicken drove thru their drive through and asked what came with the 8 piece meal and the rude b#@$h said sarcastic to «read it it’s on the board» so I proceeded to window to speak with the manager. The manager and the sarcastic employee both proceeded to laugh at my distaste with her attitude. The manager looked like a convict all tatted out and saying she was going to talk to the higher up, I clearly heard them laugh and asked why she was laughing and she lied to me saying she was not. To top it all off they didn’t even have the chicken variety I asked for. I told both of them they could keep their Fu@#$ng chicken and I will never patronize this KFC location again.

Waited 15 minutes just to place my order. Staff present didn’t acknowledge anyone in line and say«we’ll be right with you» or anything. Once I made it to the front of the line and ready to order… 10 more minutes to wait for hot wings. Customer Service training needs an overhaul. I guess on the bright side, I received a free drink for the wait. I already don’t come here very often and this is the main reason why. Need more staff, and an Adult in charge to Supervise. Preferably someone with experience and great customer service !!

The menu board states items incorrectly. It stated that the chicken strips was a combo but when I asked what was in the combo I was told it was just the chicken. Then I was told that if I wanted sides it would be $ 10.00 more and it would include biscuits. When I got to the window I was told that it would be an additional 15 minutes to get biscuits. How could you be out of biscuits on Sunday before noon? I was handed the bag and even though the employee could see it was too heavy for me and I almost dropped my food she just let it go. I just had surgery and my stomach muscles are weak, since I was holding the bag from falling I bruised my side on my door. Before I could asked her to help me she closed the window and walked away leaving holding on for dear life which is when I hurt myself by twisting to get my other hand to pick up the bag. After being in pain and spending $ 34.00 worth of food I could not eat it due to my pain. Definitely posting this on all my social media outlets since your employees don’t care I am sure your customers will.

It’s been a few years since we had been there due to bad experiences in the past. Glad we tried it again, they changed our minds. The employees were very friendly, they seemed like they were enjoying their jobs which is always nice to see, no one wants to see people with cruddy attitudes at the counter. The order was correct which was a concern but everything was as ordered. Overall we had a really good experience. I am only giving 4 stars because the Mac and cheese seemed a little dry as if it had been sitting for a while

This location probably has the WORST staff ever. Came in to get some food to go, and I guess some dude who used to work there decided to stop by. I usually don’t mind these type of things, but when the workers who are supposed to be serving me but instead decide to have some social time with this fcking guy, by saying, «COMEHERENI##A!!!, WASSSUPPPPNI##A?!, WEGON’ DRANKALLNIGHTNIIIII#AAAAA» for a couple fcking minutes, instead of acknowledging me and asking what I would like to order, it just baffles and irritates the hell out of me. Even when I was their age working at fast food joints in high school, I knew when to give a customer some respect and attention, when I ever had friends visit me at work. It did not look like anybody was taking charge as well… straight anarchy mode here. And by reading the previous reviews, it seems like nothing has changed. I was really close to leaving and just going to Wingstop, but my craving for their chicken was too much. And on the plus side, they did bring out my order fairly quick and it was correct as well. F%ck this place though, I probably won’t ever come back unless some change in management or employees is done.

Horrible customer service. Order is wrong 9 times out of 10. The wait time is ridiculous. They need to fire all the staff and rehire all new people. This place is a joke.

There’s an issue every visit so I officially gave up on this location. Some times it takes 10−20min(not exaggerating) for the drive thru, not fully cooked chicken when you order a bucket, or they forget something.
