Just renovated the store! Looks nice inside. The things that suck– there is no drive thru & parking can be a issue when there is only 7 spaces & it’s busy while being located on a corner of two somewhat busy streets. Today I got lucky only one car in front (score). The staff here are friendly. Drinks get made with a quickness. It always smells great when you walk in. The temperature inside is pleasant. I’m sure we all know what’s inside a Starbucks like company merchandise, seating, outlets to plug your gadgets into for charging & the free Wi-​Fi. So why should I mention those things, I know– this is Unilocal & that’s what us Unilocalers do. So if you like good drinks & snacks then visit the store, take a load off, relax enjoy a book or geek out on your tablet or pc.

I went to this Starbucks in a hurry and since there is no drive thru I had to get out of the car. My dog was in the car hence why I was in a hurry. I walked inside and there was a line a few girls in front of me. When they got to the front they started to talk to the cashier and man did they talk! They were chatting it up as if there wasn’t a line! A good 10 mins before they ordered and the cashier finally noticed that I’m a customer who wants her dam coffee. I was already annoyed because they were taking so long and I gave the cashier attitude. But the employees shouldn’t be chatting it up with anyone for long periods of time. Like come on you’re on the clock. Chat when you’re on break/​lunch. Be considerate to the people who are in a hurry.

Conveniently near my house, this Starbucks is clean and super friendly! I don’t know how many times my clumsy self has spilled or dropped my drink and they replace it right a way with a huge smile! How do they even deal with me haha LOVE THIS PLACE

Nice location with a friendly staff. Ordered a trenta tea sweetened. It was quite good. Location was clean. Plenty of space. More than enough seating.
I’ve no doubt I’ll return to this location.

Great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is that parking can be difficult at times. Since there are times I will go elsewhere due to parking.

A typical Starbucks, although due to a small staff, slow service when there’s any sort of a rush.
They’ve gotten all my drink orders correct, and employees are for the most part friendly. (and never rude). I typically go at lunch, and have waited over 10 minutes for a latte when there are more than a few people in line. People also bring in large, complicated drink orders for their coworkers, and that can slow things down, too. It would be nice if they had more than 2 or 3 baristas working the lunch rush.
The parking lot is frequently full, but there is street parking north on Shnoor Street, although no sidewalk. There is usually a place to sit inside.

Great service but extremely busy between 7:15 — 8:00 am weekdays. I love the fact that if you don’t like your drink they will replace it for another. I don’t like the fact that they don’t do that on their prepackaged items. So if you buy it and don’t like it — you just wasted your money and they are not cheap.

What can you really say about a big chain that serves mostly the same drinks across the board., at least in CA. I love the foo-​foo frappuccino drinks at Starbucks. I really do.
So all I can really rate is the service of each location. As for this one, the service was great. The barista was very friendly. I did not have to wait long for my drink. It tasted good. That’s all that really matters.

It’s a good place in Madera. The only problem I have with them is that it’s always busy. sometimes the employees can be a little rude. the last couple of times that I’ve gone in the employees were nice. what I love about them is when I order a drink and they don’t have a menu they still will make it for you. I have gone in there the last few days and ordered the banana cream pie Frappuccino. it is amazing.
