Starbucks

I think most people like this place. It is a lil costly but im a firm believer of a treat yourself don’t cheat yourself lifestyle. I enjoy there tea mostly. The frappuccino’s are great. I use the app on my phone to pay & get rewards. If you come here there you should use the app too, free drink rewards & discounts on occasion. When you become gold they send you a personalized card too. This location just remodeled. It’s clean & always smells good inside. Staff for the most part are friendly too. Thanks for the good drinks.

For being in the middle of no where its quite nice and worth the stop on your journey! Though the employee seemed confused when I used the starbucks app to pay for my drink.

Great and friendly baristas. Great service. Parking is tough but that has nothing to do with Starbucks. It’s a very busy location so there might be a few hiccups here and there but all in all, good people and good service.

I order the same drink over and over and over. I never try anything different. However they can never get it right at this location. If I go to Howard Rd, they make it exceptionally well, every time. Marketplace, never gets it right. I went tonight and had to send it back and it was still wrong. Maybe its because they were in a hurry to close. I am not sure but they made my drink a 2^nd time and it was barely cold. Not enough ice and not enough lemonade. I always order the Passion Tea Lemonade Sweetened. I would have been better off, making my own at home. Maybe they should take a few lessons from the Howard Rd store. I almost called the store to complain but just didn’t bother wasting my time. I just won’t go back to this location, which is closer to my house. SMH…

Customer service is great but they need to learn how to make perfect Chai Tea Latte! It tastes like warm water. Please improve your ingredients or prepare like other Starbucks!

It’s not often you get unfriendly baristas at any Starbucks you visit, but I found the exception. To make matters worse, not only were they out of cold brew coffee (at 4:30pm), but they didn’t put the lid on correctly and my drink spilled all over my car. When I asked for a replacement, no apology was made. I was so distracted with mess that I didn’t realize that they never gave me back my change. Skip this Starbucks and move on to the next.

I love this Starbucks! The drive-​thru moves super quick and aside from one time, my orders have always been right. The inside always moves fast as well and the staff is always friendly.

This location just completed a remodel, so my review will be based of that, mostly. Overall, it looks great! This location has been here well over ten years so a little remodel was needed. Fresh paint, new paintings, and new furniture was brought in. The counter is more open and lowered for customers to see the employees make their drinks. It appears to be more spacious, overall. The only thing I do not like is that there are no comfortable chairs. Every Starbucks should have at least one set of comfortable chairs. This location got rid of theirs in the remodel. Guess it’s ok, but I miss them. Service continues to be great, so the lack of comfy chairs shouldn’t really matter. Other than that everything looks good, parking is still a pain, and if you’re a regular here, then you know what hours they’re busy and when they’re not.

Very nice Starbucks. Clean bathrooms. Nice people who work here. Positive and happy attitudes. Right off the freeway. Has a drive thru.

First I love Starbucks and stop by various ones around the country often. This one is the best! I go in several times a week… they are fast, friendly and accurate! On a rare occasion they do make a small mistake they are quick to fix it! Even when crazy promotions (like half off fraps) are going on and they are overwhelmingly busy they are quick and pleasant!

I would give it 5 stars but the parking is a pain. However the service is 5stars! Always gets my orders perfectly and quickly.
The drive thru is always packed because as I said parking is ridiculous. Not to worry though since I’ve never seen a drive thru move so fast! The barista’s are all very kind and serve like they enjoy their job. Never have I seen a hurried, unkempt, or frazzled server at this location (which I have at other locations). So drink coffee or tea and enjoy.

Waited too long in line! 12 minutes just to order. Took another 7 for my drink. Parking lot was packed, had to park on the street. Would not choose this Starbucks again.

Who greets drive thru customers with «what can I get you?» Usually better experience that’s why I gave 3 stars.

Stopped here to get a caffeine fix on our way home from the Central Coast. Service was sloooooooooow. There were 3 people working, 3 people ahead of us and it still took 15 minutes to get our drinks.

Had no clue that Madera had a Starbucks… excited to see my hometown finally get one. Very accessible from 99.

I stopped by on my way up north to check out their viability as a drive-​through stop… since I regularly drive through Madera. Of course, I hit the drive through on a rainy morning right at the peak of rush hour (8:15 am). I was probably no more than the fifth car in line from the window and it took me approximately 20 minutes to get through to the window, and another few minutes to get my drink. Usually, that would result in a lower rating… but the Barista (without me saying anything) acknowledged and apologized for the unusally long wait and offered to comp my drink.
I know sometimes things can take longer than planned (especially if the SUV in front of you orders 20 kids hot chocolates, or something like that) in the food industry… but it is rare that a server will acknowledge/​apologize for the delay before the customer even says anything. That is good service in my opinion, and is worthy of a star.
As for my peppermint mocha frapp, it was perfectly blended and extra strong with my added shot… just as I like.
I will be back here – but not when I’m in a rush or on my way to work.

Fast, perky and friendly! I had an issue with a drink and they took care of it and me right away. Their people are trained well at this location. It is always clean! I appreciate that my local Starbucks is so wonderful!

This location is really cool. Very close to Highway 99 exit. Can be easily seen coming from Northern Cali. Order came out well. Prompt service. Cool worker with no attitude. Good parking! Directions back to Highway 99 is visible.

Decent place to stop for a coffe on ur way to so cal or nor cal right by the freeway!!!
