Clean rooms and friendly staff. Like the free breakfast & coffee. The frig and microwave in the room is a bonus. Large shower with nice fluffy towels that are human size!
If there is a down size it’s the memory foam mattress, not a fan never was. If you like them you’ll love these. They appear to be high quality and don’t make you sweat.

Great hotel! AMAZING customer service! Stood here one night with my family! Stephanie checked us in and she was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. This hotel is super nice, spacious, clean, and the staff is even greater at what they do. I’m so happy we stood here for our family event. The pool is not heated, but in Madera it shouldn’t be a problem.

They were wonderful. Clean rooms, great front desk, nice breakfast. Stephanie at the front desk was more than helpful. We were a large group and she did everything for us and made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Newer building. They save cost by having 1 person at the front desk and by leaving the ac off when the room is vacant. This causes odors to build up. Some of the rooms have a strong body odor smell or smoke smell from ppl who smoke in the nonsmoking rooms. They have a room deodorize they can use; about the size of a toaster oven. Free bfast is good

Great hotel and the free breakfast was better than next door at Hampton Inn which I stayed last week. I was greeted by Tabitha who works there and she was very helpful and I loved her personality. She was great at customer service and located right off the freeway and a drive through Starbuck next door. I would recommend this hotel. I stayed here for a business trip and come very often.

I stay her often. I used to stay at Days Inn… what was I thinking? This Holiday Inn Express is excellent. Clean, quiet, efficient, good breakfast. STAY HERE… you won’t be disappointed.

Nice new hotel, just off Hwy 99. The place has a decent free breakfast. The standard Holiday Inn Express fare-​eggs, bacon or sausage, and biscuits and gravy.
