Unfortunately going to Verizon these days is just as the same as going to a dealership to buy a car. I was there to buy my first smart phone a while back and this blonde girl was so pushy about all this crap that I HAD to HAVE!!! She had me hooked up with a blue tooth, car charger, and a bunch of stuff that I didn’t even need or know what it was. The iphone came with a head set already and I didn’t need nor wanted anything else. She had tacked up over 400 dollars of crap!!! When it was finally time for me to pay I had to whisper to the guy«I can’t afford all this.» I was to embarrassed to tell her in front of everyone!!! I lost my job at the time and was living on unemployment and I just needed a new phone because my old one was 3 and half years old and didn’t work anymore. So I was forced to already get something that I can barely afford and didn’t appreciate being forced to feel extremely uncomfortable. The sad thing is it’s not the blonde girl’s fault. She’s told to do this by the company to sell more product. My problem is that Verizon is a multi billion dollar company and they still feel the need to humiliate me in their store by trying to get me to buy extra crap. I’ve already been a customer for 15 years and still am one, I’m pretty sure they’ve been getting enough money from me and do not need to make me feel inferior. I’m just dreading the day I have to go back for another phone.
