This place lacks customer service and knowledge. I recently lost my iPhone so went by to have a SIM card installed in another iPhone. It took 45 minutes for someone to help me. When someone did help me she did not know what to do. When I asked her to blacklist my phone she said she could not do it; called 611– customer service and had it done. After she installed SIM card and was ready to program she was unable to do so claiming the phone belonged to Verizon so it couldn’t be done. Verizon no longer locks their phones. I went by the Fresno retail store and they programmed my phone with no problem.

Went on 12÷10÷13 to pick up my tablet, Stephany assisted me, both were wonderful! Adrian was busy with another customer, but still took a minute to say hello. Stephany finalized the transaction, very pleasant and nice. Thanks!
