Swirl Express

I love this place! Their protein smoothies are delicious for those watching their calories. Just pay cash because I paid with my debit and got charged two different days I never even went. Lol just saying

I absolutely hate that I don’t live in Madera anymore, because this place is phenomenal. Literally everytime I come back to Madera for whatever reason, I MUST stop at Swirl. I haven’t tried any of the protein or nutrition shakes, but I’ve heard they’re awesome.
What I come for is the damn good coffee and service that this cute little shop makes so well. They have a ton of flavors so your options are only limited by your mind. I love the Swirly Caramel, sometimes I get it with English toffee. Also the mocha is great. You can get a blended, iced, or hot coffee drink with any of their syrup flavors, and there’s gotta be at least twenty. So many options from such a small and adorable little place. The workers are super friendly, I could go on and on about this place. It’s delicious and well worth the price. ($ 5-​ish)
If this place ever closes, my friends and I will be the ones with our arms linked, circled around the drive through blocking the bulldozer. Seriously. You can easily miss this place but don’t.
The stamp card is pretty tight, even though you just get a drink half off and not free, but I’ll take it!

The iced lattes are ok, and the blended drinks are great. I would probably only choose the iced latte over Starbucks if I wanted a flavor Starbucks didn’t carry. But the blended drinks are way better than Starbucks; dessert in a cup.
The service is always quick and the menu can be overwhelming, but the employees are helpful and nice.
It is a drive up place; you can drive up from either side.
They don’t carry the nutella swirl anymore, but try the blended spiced mocha.

Coffee tastes better than Starbucks but costs a little more. Well worth the quality and support of a local business.

I’ve only had their swirl/​blended drinks so far, and surprisingly it’s always been pretty good. I recommend trying one of their nutella swirls, or the white chocolate mocha swirl.
They have tons of different flavors/​combinations that you can try, and even different flavors for their whip cream. I believe there’s also different, new flavors for each month that they experiment with.
Reward cards are offered here. Every 5 visits, gets you ½ off any drink (I think)
Prices are a bit similar to Starbucks I think. It was like $ 4.50 for a 16 oz blended drink.

Comparable prices to Starbucks but much better flavor. My husband and I drove through on a trip from southern to northern California. We were very impressed with the service and the quality of the drinks. We both got blended coffee drinks and they tasted great!

This place kicks Starbucks butt!!!
They have their featured «Swirl» drinks that are fantastic… nothing like your average icy «Frappuccino» at SB.
They also have fruit smoothies and homemade power drinks.

Brand new drive up coffee place. Starbucks, eat your heart out this place is great.
Tried it out today, I am impressed. Good service, excellent coffee.
