Jet’s Pizza

I placed in an order and 4 mins later i called to cancel (due to being called into work i couldnt wait). I had called 4 mins after i placed the order and the rude lady on the phone was asking the manager about my order, She had then came back and said it was already out of the oven. I tild her it has been 4 mins. She was like well its already done. I said im sorry but i need to cancel it. Then the b**** hung up on me. Horrible customer service and so rude.

Used to be really good till they changed their sauce to save to some cheap pasty brand.

I order the small square deep dish pepperoni pizza and side breadsticks couple times a month. Pick up is always timely and food is great. Always have nice people there and glad they remember my order when calling.

I have ordered from here 100+ times over the last 5 years. My order is always fresh and always correct. Thanks !!!

In a nutshell, they accidentally sent my order twice. The delivery guy made me stand in the cold while he took 10 minutes to call (literally it took him an entire minute to even get to his work number in his phone and press talk) and figure out that they duplicated my order in store on accident! Then he takes the pizza back and tells me I have to wait for the second pizza! It was the same order!!!

This is by far my favorite jet’s place. I love the 8 corner and when I order extra cheese they actually give it. Yummers. Cooks and cashiers are always super nice too.

This is the only pizza place that have ever delivered me a pizza with no cheese. Yes that is correct, no cheese. They did offer to bring another pizza but seriously? We do usually like the pizza here, but this is ridiculous.

I live in Ferndale and have had problems multiple times with the Jets on 8 Mile. Problems like them not bringing sauces/​salads/​sides that I ordered and paid for via debit card. The Jets on 11 Mile will deliver to Ferndale and never have messed up an order. Everyone is friendly when I pick up at the store. Highly recommend this location.

Worst Jets location that I have ever been! Pizza is constantly overcooked and/​or has a puddle of grease all over it! Do not go to this Jets! They’re not up to standard of what it means to be a Jets pizza!

A little further than the 8 and Wyoming store, I usually opt for the Madison Heights location because they do a better job than the former. It may not be the very best Jet’s but it’s still solid. Their delivery is timely, their product is really good and the staff is A-​OK. I will say that at their peak hours, their customer service is a little slack but that’s forgivable. I still never get tired of their deep dish-there’s really nothing that comes close to the same texture, freshness or flavor. There round is also great but still a close second to their square pies.

Pizza is still quality Jet’s pizza.
However… WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER INTERACTION!
I picked up a pizza a couple days ago and the staff were swearing at each other like they were in a bar or something. I’m not a prude, but that is no way to run a business!

I enjoy Jet’s Pizza when it’s not from this Madison Heights location… this place routinely overcooks the pizza making the crust and dough VERY tough.
This has resulted in several unappetizing pizzas from Jet’s and not having been there in well over a year!
I may have stayed a customer had this location learned how to properly cook a pizza! if you order one ‘lightly done’ it may come out normal! I’ll pass.

This Jets is my go-​to carryout pizza place when I feel like eating on the cheap. They do a decent square deep dish pizza for a decent price ($ 8ish with 1 topping). And now with the «8 Corner Pizza», or as it should properly be called, two small pizzas in one box, everyone can get their fair share of that delicious detroit-​style, carmelized crust. I only get the square pizza but my dad loves their wings and several of my friends love the calzones. The jet bread is good as well. Jet’s salads are alright, nothing special, they aren’t prepared for your order. Some swear by their ranch, but I don’t ranch dressing that often. The staff are pretty friendly here. I never have to bring a coupon, I just tell them the special on the phone and that’s it.
There’s other options out there but the value, proximity, and friendly staff keep me coming back.
