Amazing service! Our alternator died right in their parking lot. They were super helpful! Helped with replacing it, gave us tools to use and were extremely nice! That’s going above and beyond!

They guys at this store are REALLY helpful and knowledgeable — so 5 stars for the employees. They even printed 4 separate original receipts and filled out my rebate forms for me to get $ 10 off the 4 golf cart batteries I was buying.
Negative Stars for Batteries Plus and the Rebate Processing Center — read the limitation and fine print on the rebates. Follow the instructions exactly. Keep copies of everything. Send them in early in case they get kicked back.
