Scam alert. The business owner Michelle is very sketchy. You can buy a facial on Groupon and must book an appointment with her online, which has limited dates and times to begin with. Then she doesn’t even show up for your appointment, and there is no communication whatsoever. I showed up to find a dark business space with a strange grey curtain covering all the windows. I asked the nearby shops if there was any other way to contact her, and they didn’t know either. All they could say was that I was the third person for that to happen to. I think she takes people’s prepaid Groupon money and doesn’t show up for appointments. It really seems like a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. I know I did.

Michelle(owner) is the BEST thing that has ever happened to my face! I started seeing her 2 years ago after a pregnancy, so my hormones were all out of whack, which means my skin was a mess. I found her through groupon, and am happy to say I see her regularly now, and she always comes to the rescue. She is incredibly knowledgable in the skincare field. More so than any other spa or salon that I have ever been to. She knows what she s talking about! I trust her with anything. I won’t let anyone else touch my face. I have family members who see her as well and are all very happy with her services. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She’s spunky, cute and has a great sense of humor too which makes a person feel at ease. I love this place!

Michelle made it to 4 of the 6 appointments I scheduled with her. I received email confirmations for all. After the first time she was a no-show, she had a decent excuse so I figured I’d give her another try. She made it to the next appointment we set up, but then she failed to show up for the following one. The facials(imo) were pretty good and she has products that are effective but that just doesn’t add up to very many stars if she isn’t reliable.

This was my first facial, EVER! And Michelle made a fantastic impression on me. She was professional but made me feel at ease. I was very impressed by her suite. Small, independent but had everything I needed. Parking is located just under the building. $ 3 for unlimited time. In an area with coin meters, this is VERY welcome. Her prices are reasonable and her knowledge is thorough. I have psoriasis and have been lost with beauty treatments. Not only did I receive a great facial but also advice on how to care for my skin going forward. I can not begin to tell you how at ease I was during the whole appointment. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to try a facial out. She has several options available and I can not wait for my next appointment.

What an amazing skin treatment! Michelle is so nice and very educated on all areas of skincare. There is nothing else like this place in Madison. I will be back for sure.

I’m sorry to say my experience was pretty bad. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there despite a confirmation from Michelle(owner) 2 days before the appointment. Not even the respect of a phone call since. I lined up a sitter for my newborn and drove the 30 minutes, paid the garage parking fee and waited 20 minutes. In asking around, I’ve learned she’s notorious for this. Not surprising this was a prepaid service I had booked through a Groupon deal. What a scam. And she’s still running deals through today! DONTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY.

I’ve been getting facials and treatment for a little while now from Michelle and I wanted to just add an update. She is awesome! Super knowledgeable and very skilled — she has years of experience, but does a lot of continuing education. Also I believe she has added online booking to her website, which is great. Get the oxygen facial!

I had purchased a Groupon good for six facial services. I had a noon appt. scheduled at noon, on Friday, Jan. 17. The door to Mireji was locked, room dark. I called, got voicemail and left a message for her to call me if she were running late, I would wait. She did not return my call so today I contacted Groupon to investigate and copied Mireji on that e-mail. These are the two responses that I received from Mireji– «I’m sorry for your inconvienince. Unfortunately I’ve been home bound with the flu. If your so frustrated you can always refund your groupon. Or reschedule Thanks, Michelle Sent from my iPhone» «Besides the fact it’s been 2 days why would my business have closed in 2 days in the middle of the month. I don’t thinks we are a good match for services. Please contact groupon for a refund. Michelle Sent from my iPhone» I find it appalling that a business owner would be so rude. If you have a Groupon, I suggest you try to use it a.s.a.p. before she goes out of business.
