So I came here because I saw a «Buy one get one half off» sign. I was just browsing, and the woman behind the counter was very aggressive about me purchasing insurance right away. I was a little taken aback(mostly because I just wanted to check out the jewelry). I finally decided that I wanted two pieces of jewelry, and the woman told me I HAD to buy insurance because the jewelry was final sale and that they wouldn’t help me if the jewelry fell apart. I told them I didn’t want it, and she insisted even more, saying it was only $ 2. When she guaranteed that I could exchange the rings if I bought the insurance(because I didn’t know it was final sale), I thought that it might be worth the $ 2. WRONG. She charged me more than she advertised, and she was very combative when I told her that it wasn’t $ 2. Also, she tried to charge me for each item, and she claimed it only covered one item. I honestly felt like she was hiding information from me unless I saw and said something, and it felt so sketchy. Very rude, too pushy. And who tells customers that the jewelry is bound to fall apart so they HAD to buy insurance? I was very upset with this experience, and I probably won’t come back.
