Pro Nails II

I have been using Pro Nails for at least 2 years now and I am always treated with courtesy and respect. I am a transgender individual and they have always given me the very best service anyone could ask for. The staff is always friendly and attentive to their clientele. I would highly recommend this business if you need a manicure or pedicure or both. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I have to say this is one of the best nail shops in Madison reasonable prices and they treat you like family they are the best I’ve been going there for almost 7 years on and off 3^rd grade keep up the good work

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. It has been fine for the most part but lately I have not been satisfied for shellac manicures and also due to the ambiance of the place.
It takes forever to take off the shellac as they soak it in acetone and then take it off with the electric filer. I’ve gone to several other salons who use the foil method (i.e., they soak a cotton pad in acetone, then wrap each nail with a piece of foil to secure it), and that seems to work much better. It’s faster and less havoc on your nails. I am not an expert but the tin foil method seems to be much better and I’ve seen that used at more high-​end salons.
Their young children are constantly running around, yelling and screaming, and throwing their toys around. I am not exaggerating when I say screaming. I honestly don’t think the employees understand how inappropriate it is, either that, or they just don’t care, but it is really awkward, not to mention not relaxing in the slightest. I don’t want to get my nails done in the middle of a daycare center.
Their pedicures are great, though, I have to say, but each time I keep coming back, I tell myself it will be the last time since every time I’m extremely annoyed. The only reason I keep coming is because they are open late and I work late, and they are right by my work.

I’ve had plenty of Shellac/​no-​chip manicures to know the way this salon does them is horrible for your nails. They soak your fingers in acetone and then use the electric filer to get the rest of the Polish off. Plus no warm soaking and cuticle care.
If you want to have a manicure/​pedicure while the worker’s very young children run around and have toys scattered everywhere, then this is the place for you!!!

If there would had been a zero, that is what this company would get. I phoned in a appt. arrived 5 minutes early. One employee asked, what I wanted. I indicated I had a appt… one person said, pick a color. 10 minutes late a woman came in, they Very quickly took care of her, then another couple arrived for pedicures… they started to work with that couple. It appears this company only caterers to people they know/​or want to services. I finally left after 25 minutes waiting. I shop around as a «secret shopper». This company fails.

Not an exceptional service but very good for the money. Very hardworking and pleasant. I always go there.

Quick and friendly staff. But I’ve had better. They don’t give the warm towel to help lock in moisture and the massage treatment is only so so.
