So the store itself was ok and it had a decent selection of goods… however, the 3 women employed the day I went it there were unpleasant and unprofessional. After getting insufficient answers to my questions and lacking product information, I left. I did end up ordering a blanket online and am happy with it. I emailed the corporate customer service and received a favorable reply from their representative which included a discount, free shipping, and a promise to try and resolve the employee issue. So while I will remain a customer, I will not likely return to this store unless its to see a product in person.

I purchased a comforter many years ago. It failed and they replaced it free under their LIFETIMEGUARANTEE. Now it’s failed again, but apparently their LIFETIMEGUARANTEEIS A LIE. They stopped covering everything purchased before 2006 because… who knows. I’m still alive, but the warranty died. I guess they didn’t mean my lifetime. It’s one star because that’s the lowest and a second because they USED to be honorable. Dear Ken, We apologize your comforter is falling apart. Unfortunately, our lifetime guarantee only applies towards purchases made after February 10, 2006 and cannot be retroactive. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Jason Broski The Company Store Internet Customer Service Specialist Phone:(800)880−6188 Email:

Know this: life is too short to sleep on cheap linens. Once you’ve slept on some quality sheets, you’re forever spoiled. That said, I can’t bring myself to spend $ 1k on linens, no matter how good I might possibly rest on them. So, when I accidentally tore my threadbare fitted sheet the other morning while making the bed, I decided it was time for some new bedding. I turned to Google where I entered«luxurious bed sheets» and a link to an article titled«top 10 most luxurious bedding options» appeared. Intrigued, I clicked and read. #1 option from this article? Some Italian company who had sheets that started at $ 800EACH. Yikes. #7 option? The Company Store. This sparked my memory, and I decided to drive on over and check them out. I remembered having ordered from their catalog back in the mid 2000s; I had purchased sheets, quilts, pillows, blankets, and throws, and I remembered them being quite nice. — Limited parking; they share space with several other very popular businesses, and when visiting on a Saturday, I had to park on the little side street. — Staff seems a bit«uncomfortable.» There were two people working when I visited, and felt genuinely uneasy the entire time I was there. Both staff members seemed to be doing busy work; neither were conversational, and both seemed to avoid talking unless I had a specific question. One of them did point out that I had accidentally selected pillow cases that were too small for my pillows. + Nice discounts available in the store. I saved an even 35% across everything I bought. + Quality stuff. The items I’ve purchased in the past lasted for a long time and thrived in a harsh environment(4 dogs, 4 cats). + The stuff I just bought is awesome. Super nice. The 800+ thread count sheets are plenty deep and long enough for overstuffed mattresses. The seams on everything are perfect. The fabrics are of extremely high quality — they’re soft and satiny without feeling thin or fake. + Great catalog and website So… before you wander over to your favorite big box store for inferior bedding or before you drop a few cool-K on some fancy-shmancy sheets, check out this place first. You’ll be glad you did.
