FOREWARN: 3 tiers service only come with regular black tea, which they called it their home blend but really it’s just black tea IMO. For other tea, it’s $ 2 upcharge which it’s ridicilous. On top of that, I wasn’t impressed with the Spice Plum or Cherry Rose tea. The former barely had spice aroma. The latter was good, mild with beautiful rose smell. Food wise, the soup was way to salty, the finger sandwiches were meh(except for the quiche, which was good), but the dessert were tasty. SERVICE: Our waitress was super sweet. Loved her. The owner could learn how to smile. She was grumpy when she rung as up. She wasn’t happy that we gave tip on our card. We wanted to look around afterward but pretty much shooed us out. Yes, it was after 2PM but we’re customers damn it… We asked if she’s related to the Victoria’s Tea place in South Parkway. She got tick and said, IDK why people assume that. Well, fuk, both places have«Victoria» AND serve tea. Hrm… connect the dots anyone? xD ATMOSPHERE: Cute place with lots of neat twinkets, this and that to rummage through up front, which was a good and a bad thing. Good to draw people attention. Bad when your patrons had no idea where to get seated. They had a sign that say«wait to be seated» halfway into the place, which was in the middle of seating area. So we had no idea where to wait. The owner was busy ringing up people and had no clue that we needed ot be seated. We decided to just flag one of waitresses. The owners(assuming the old guy is one too) were conducting some sort of buy/sell business with another gentleman(not about drinking tea or having lunch). They were loud and rummaged through the dinner area, which made our party uncomfortable. When you sit there eating with your friends and two guys stand a table away, pointing at stuff around you and talking about this is for $$$ and that for $$$, is not a very relaxing atmosphere. He actually bought a server/butler table which was right behind me. They moved table, chairs and furniture around in middle of service and without telling us what the hell was going on. It was just weird and UNrelax surrounding. VERDICT: Food, dessert to be exact is not a good enough to be their saving grace. For better tea, friendlier owner, and more cute with much relaxing atmos, go to Emma’s.

A little pricier than I like to spend but they have a awesome chicken velvet soup, and also love the chicken salad sandwich.

Pretty tea room, with soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Mostly a chick place, with few men diners. My wife likes it. I give ‘em a four and a half.
