Whataburger

Every time Ive been here the food is barely warm. This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Or if you must order here please check your food before you drive off … So The guy handed me my order and said,” Here is your burger with no cheese.” (I took his word for it because he repeated what I had ordered when he handed the bag to me). I mean if someone hands you a steak and says here is your medium rare steak sir. You would more than likely take his or her word that your steak is medium rare. …so I arrive home and what the fuck was on my burger??? Some god damn cheese! Tried to scrape it off but the meat just crumbled because the patties were paper thin… Now I’m going to bed hungry the day before thanksgiving. This is bullshit. Im cutting this short because the phone light is annoying my gf who is trying to sleep, but I just want you to know I’m done with you whataburger. You gonna do this to a man the night before thanksgiving???

I am a creature of habit. I get a biscuit and gravy everyday with an extra biscuit. Today I ended up with a jalapeño biscuit as my extra side and I hate jalapeño. If i am on my way to work there’s no time to return for a correction, nor wait in a drive thru line yet again. I am writing this to emphasize the importance of getting it right the first time. The guy on the drive thru line, Al, speaks like a thick tongued auctioneer so it’s no surprise the order was incorrect.

This company is retarded. Apparently they changed from doing breakfast 11pm-​11am to 5am-​9am. That was the only thing this chain had going for it. Now they say there is an egg shortage, yet McDonald’s, BK, Kroger’s, HEB and Wal-​Mart all have more eggs than any reasonable person could want.
Won’t be long now and this crap company will be replaced by some west coast family owned burger chain.

This was my 1^st time to this location and enjoyed the food. I had the new Avo Bac burger and it was tasty. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I prefer the menu selection, here opposed to the other Mammoth companies. After eating Big Macs & Whoppers all my life; it’s nice to have a new selection of burgers. Besides, I’d rather support a local Texas company.

I love this Whataburger. The service is great, the place is clean & the good is always good & hot!

Exceptionally clean very well run store. I’ve never had any problems going in for breakfast or early lunch. Everything is made to order which is why I’ve taken to going into the dining room. The drive thru can get congested and it’s just a horrible waste of gas and addition of air pollution.
When the managers are there everything runs like clockwork and they have no qualms about manning the registers or drive thru or cooking stations.
This morning the manager running the front registers forgot my orange juices and when I had to remind him he brought me two large bottles rather than the smalls I’d ordered and paid for! Plus he apologised a lot!
Like anything when you go chain quality will suffer and they used to be so much better in the 70’s and 80’s but compared to the MEGA chains this is still the best hands down!
