Do the research, find a big company to draw from. I had to take my last review down when she mentioned to my wife I might want to. It was basic service issues that was handled horribly. She said she noticed it after the owner questioned her about it. I took it down then when our lease was up after three years she chose not to renew our lease and gave us a 30 day notice to get out. She replied to me with an email that I shouldn’t have posted«Such nasty lies» about her. All I posted was raw fact. I wish I could get in touch with the actual owner of the house. It’s owned by a trustee or something like that. This women is a witch. When I look back at the broken garage door, missing water lines from under the sinks, carpet glue in the garbage disposal, broken drain pipe under the kitchen sink and all kinds of other things I understand why the past tenants must have acted like they did. Now that we are finally away from this Realtor and have got such a bled deposit back for misc stuff like replacement carpet in the garage from the cars being parked on it and all this other stuff I am posting again. Never rent from a person look for a big company that manages the property so you know you have multiple avenues to go if something goes wrong. My company has moved me through 14 stores in 12 years. I have rented from people, apartments, and real estate agencies etc and don’t think I can ever remember having such a bad experience. Do the research. UPDATE10/11/2013, Still friends with the neighbors across the street from the house because our kids played together. Our deposit was tapped into due to replacement of the carpet in the garage and the front screen door had to be replaced even though it drug on the base of the frame when we moved in. I am told that the carpet was never replaced just thrown out and the front screen door removed not replaced! They are now friends with the new renters and are telling me they have been in there to see it for themselves! In three years we were late I believe five times with rent, never more then a few days never even near 30 days or anything. My wife and I just bought a house and this women would not give the history to my finance company. There is «Realtor code and ethics» this person really needs to read up on. I’ll let everyone on here know I was motivated to open my Unilocal account because of such a horrible experience. All I listed was raw fact. Items listed above were filthy and broken on move in. Again in three years we were late 5 times never over a few days and never near 30. She did not have the house clean on move in nor the plumbing, under kitchen piping, garage door etc fixed in working order ONMOVEIN. There was hair in the refrigerator. This was just in reply to our experience renting from this person. When she decided not to renew our lease and wouldn’t give a history for my wife and I to buy a house that was just the icing. I’ll hold steady to my opinion based on raw fact of my experience renting from this person and never forget it. Hopefully my «Cowards way to retaliate» will help someone in the future. That is if the people in reply don’t work from her or are not family.
