If you’re looking for a quick, reasonably priced fresh tasting lunch or dinner Olea Mezze Grill is great option. I agree with others who have commented that the food is ordered and prepared similar too Chipotle Grill, just Fresh Greek food. There falafels are great, even better for those vegans out there like my daughter. Great choices for fresh toppings, and of course Feta :) If there were an Olea Messe Grill near UCF in East Orlando it would make a a lot money. I am sure it would be big hit with the young college kids that are looking for fresh and heathy fast food options.

Think of a Greek Chipotle as far as lay out and presentation. I went with my wife recently and ordered the Gyro on a Pita along with the fries. The fries were bangin! They came with feta cheese and a light oil glaze on them. The gyro was good too. My wife has gone twice and enjoyed the bowl and salad. They have various spreads to choose from. All natural and it was delicious!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! I really wish I had a place like this closer to my home. I got there right as they were opening and was warmly greeted. The guy at the counter, after learning I was a newbie, explained how the place works. I’d already done a little pre-eat Unilocal research so knew the basics. I picked what sounded good, of course one must try the gyro meat, and sat down with a hearty bowl of fresh grub. And when I say fresh I mean made in house and it tasted like it too. The flavor punch was delicious! So many flavors(great tzatziki!) melding together perfectly, it really hit the spot. The dining room is bright, airy, clean and casual. The lunch crowd quickly started coming in and the small space filled up. Absolutely delicious quick serve Greek food– I’ll be back.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The grilled chicken pita I had was delicious. Along with the fries I left quite satisfied. I’ll definitely return to this wonderful eatery. Something new and fresh.

The reviewers that call this a Greek Chipotle are spot on. Build your own greek salad and build own gyro. Wife got the salad and I got the gyro. Both were really good. I wish there was a 4.5 star option, but I will error on the side of 5 stars for this place. Hope it takes off. Need one in Oveido!!!

Think Chipotle meets Greek food. This place was an awesome surprise. We love Greek food, and this place delivers! There is plenty of parking in the back and front lots — don’t park by Walgreens, since they tow. When we headed in we were greeted right away by the staff, and the menu is easy to see up above the counter. We both went with a gyro and tzatziki spread. We shared an order of Greek fries — which was very easy to share as it is a full basket of fries! The gyros are stuffed with lamb and the spread was really good. You can add whatever toppings you want. I opted for the tomato and onions as well as the feta. They offer fountain soda, bottled sodas, tiny bottles of wine and beer. Which is a great mix for those who are interested in variety. Overall: A Great spot for gyros and we will be back for sure!

One of the only places my fiancé and I can go thats tasty without being an absolute diet killer. Olea is a must for anyone that lives in the Winter Park/Casselberry/Maitland area, especially if you’re partial to Greek/Mediterranean food. The business model is Chipotle-esque, in that you customize your order on line, and then eat in their café area. Service is very consistent. All in all great little place to grab a bite, highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here since the week it opened as it is very close to where I work and we were in the need for a new fast casual joint. Really great food and friendly owners. It has been awesome seeing this business grow. Definitely try the Pitas(almost in the style of making a custom burrito at Chipotle). The roasted red pepper hummus is the best. Pro-tip: on the pita, get half of one meat and half of another. Perhaps half falafel and half gyro meat.

5 stars for fresh and delicious greek food! I have a love for Greek food… and I was excited to learn of a place near by in our area. I had been to this same place in the past, as it used to be a Qdoba(another favorite of mine). I didn’t know what to expect and the server told me it’s like the chipotle of greek… and to that hook me up! I ordered the pita with the tzatziki spread and roasted red pepper humus, I went with the roasted gyro meat and greek meatballs for my protein. As for toppings, I was told«that’s where you can go crazy»! lol I loaded up on my toppings and it was hard for me not to get a scoop of everything… tomato/cucumber salad, crumbled feta, kalamata olives, mediterranean bean salad and the best… pickled red onion. My husband got the almost the same thing, but he opted to get his in the bowl with rice as his base. Another thing I loved was the ‘tea bar’ they had about 5 different iced teas… including mango, sweet teas and unsweet. Delish! Overall, the food was so good, fresh and beats eating anything fried any day of the week! The restaurant was large with plenty of seating and clean. I heard good things about their greek fries, so I’d love to try those next time I go! I can’t wait!

I love toppings and this place has all the goodies. Driving past this place every day, I finally managed to stop by. It wasn’t busy when I ordered but was surprised at how delicious everything was! It’s a similar ordering to chipotle, that you pick a bowl or pita to start with, rice, etc. I especially love sauce and this place gives it all. So A++++ in my book. They have many non meat options as well. but if there’s one thing you get, get the pickled onions !! I have dreams about them. They’re soaked in some type of vinegar(??) And agh i can’t get enough of really everything. Prices are very reasonable $ 6 – 8 and can add fries for ~ 3 $, but that would be maybe for sharing because the portions are large.

Tucked into the small plaza in between Hollieanna Groves & the Walgreens on 17 – 92 in Maitland, Olea Mediterranean Grill offers fresh, filling and flavorful Greek options. Diners choose from a pita sandwich, a bowl or a salad, then proteins & tons of toppings for a super quick meal. There are lots of great options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Hubby is hooked on the grilled chicken, I love the falafel. Hummus & spreads are tasty for a sharable starter, the pita crisps are addictive. Bowls and salads are super filling, I usually snag a homemade baklava to enjoy later. Nice bonus: a flavorful selection of freshly brewed iced teas. Dine inside, outside or grab take out for a meal on the fly.

OMGOLEAMEZZEGRILL Okay, so as a fast food Mediterranean place, this is the best. There is nothing like it. Literally! Chipotle or OMG? Definitely OMG. Feta cheese, yummy proteins, all at a great price! I usually get a bowl with couscous. I am not one for«fast food», but I can say that this is healthy, freshly made, and indeed fast. If you’re in the area, go for lunch! If you’re not in the area, make a trip. You won’t regret it.

WOW ! I’m a typical cubanita that eats Latin food on the daily. This place has turned my taste buds around a full 360 ! I absolutely love the fresh ingredients and yummy sauces . Thankfully I went during down time and had the place to myself so it was extremely quiet. The employees were helpful and explained the selections throughly . The pita was my go to choice. The zesty feta and tzatziki sauce are super flavorful !! I added falafel and grilled chicken with tomatoes /cucumber and chick pea salsa. OSEAQUERICO . They best part is that they serve beer. Olea won over my corazoncito. Great fast food concept. They need one in Miami asap !

My mother has been trying to get me to come for months! She often goes on her lunch break and just adores it! So me and my 5 year old daughter went with my mother and we just loved everything that touched our mouths!!! Their French fries with the lemon, olive oil, and feta cheese are like heaven to my taste buds! Followed with a gyro pita for me, you choose your spreads I got zesty feta, and the meat, and then tons of fresh toppings! I saw they had an iced frappé drink that usually I would love to try but it was 7 pm at night and I didn’t want to be up all night. For those of you with kids, my daughter had the grilled cheese pita and she also loved the fries! My mom had the bowl and I stole more than a few bites yummmmmm! After we left we had dessert at jeremiahs right down the road :)

My gf and I came in for our first visit and we were definitely pleased with the food. The first staff member we encountered described it as a Greek version of Chipotle; I’d have to say she was spot on with her assessment. Like Chipotle, you choose your base and decide which protein/fillings you’d like to incorporate. We each ordered a bowl of couscous as our base and chose sliced gyro meat as our protein.(The other proteins were falafel, grilled chicken and Greek meatballs) After you choose your protein, you have the choice to add a spoonful of up to two of their spreads as well as a variety of veggie-toppings. All of the toppings looked fresh, bright and flavorful. A few of the toppings we chose were kalamata olives, cucumbers, pickled onions, chick peas and of course feta cheese. We upgraded our bowls to a combo which added a drink and a side of their house-made pita chips. The pita chips were very crispy and perfect for filling into your bowl. The service was mostly friendly, but the cashier seemed to just be going through the motions, definitely not as upbeat as the two other staff members. We are usually not in the area, but at about $ 24 I’m sure we’ll be back for a tasty and healthy meal.

My first time at Olea Mezze Grill and I left full and satisfied! It’s great to have a fast casual Mediterranean option in town. I like the Chipotle vibes where I can completely customize my own bowl, pita, and salad. The ingredients were fresh and the spreads were great. The feta and Harissa spreads were especially good. I think there could be improvements with their falafel. I have such love for Hubbly Bubbly falafel, I feel nothing can compare. This was the only item in my bowl that didn’t feel as fresh as the rest. Overall, it’s a great spot for fresh, fast, customizable food. It’s decently priced and a great option for lunch.

The food here shines! I came with a big group for a work reunion lunch and we sat outside in the sun and it was just rejuvenating food which didn’t leave me with a post-lunch 2pm food coma hangover. All of us were new to this place and everyone was talking about coming back again for another work lunch and/or with their family at another time. The comparison with Chipotle is also very apt, because it’s similar operationally and the food is prepared fresh. I love that when I bit into the falafel, I could see proof of it being freshly made as it had whole chickpeas. I got the pita and they were very accommodating and I didn’t need to decide but instead got half chickpea and half chicken. The fries were also great with excellent feta sprinkled on top, but the falafel was indeed too salty for me, but since that’s a personal taste palate preference, it’s still 5 stars from me. Also, the best sweet tea, and it’s taken the top spot in my rankings(behind Chipotle and Publix). I mixed the sweet black tea with a bit of the hibiscus tea and it rocked(I didn’t like the Mango one however, but again that’s a personal taste preference and beside everything else was so good!) will try and come here again and will definitely recommend it to family and local friends.
