Love this BK compared to the so many others I’ve been too. This has been my go-to location for almost 3 years now. They are the only bk location left in the area & surrounding areas, that still have a playground for the kids. The play area is indoors & it’s just a bunch of tunnels and a large slide but it’s really fun for kids. They only allow ages 4 – 10 in it but you can get away with like a 2 year old if they are OK being by themselves in there.

Bathrooms filthy but the rest of the place is very clean. Foods the same as any burger king I guess.

This location SUCKS! I gave them an extra star for never getting my order wrong but that’s only when they are actually open and taking credit cards. They were under construction for the longest, which understandably wasn’t their fault, but it seems like every other day their credit card machine is broken. And let’s be honest, who carries cash around like that anymore?! This location needs to get it together seriously. I’ll be heading to the Saugus location from now on. I swear the McDonald’s across the street gets more business from disappointed BK customers than their own probably! Tsk tsk!

Get your act together. I never even got to order food. They were taking so long with the car in front of me(who did not get to place her order). After sitting behind 1 car at the drive up, I got out of line, drove over to the McDonalds a few doors down and placed my order and received my food in less time than I waiting at BK. Won’t go back.

Its Burger King, you know what the food is… My review is on the Playground that is there, dont expect to go there with a 2 year old, because there will be 1000 older kids who will knock him down & then all their parents will just chuckle like«Ooh arent they cute kids» F**K NO they arent, they just knocked my kid down almost deliberately and you didnt nothing… But that might be my fault for bringing a smaller kid to a playground… And I also agree with Sherrys review, Its always dirty and full of obnoxius kids who cant seem to watch their language when little kids are around…

Ok as far as the food goes it’s your typical Burger King stuff. I have never gotten sick and my order is always right, nuff said. Now about the place itself, dirty, sketchy, loud rude kids and teenagers everywere, couples with hickeys and cold sores yelling at each other about who ate the last onion ring. None of them seem capable of clearing their table when they leave. I swear I feel like I might get shot while I’m in line. There is a McDonalds about a block from here that is the total opposite. How can two fast food places so close together have such different customers? I only come here on the rare occasion that I am craving a whopper jr. and I try to get out asap. I actually feel bad for the people who work here and have to deal with this human trash all day.
