my biggest complaint is that the shop is slow .i have been a dunkin customer for the last 15th years my first encounters were in ma. when i found myself at home in ballston spa i made the local shops my favorite breakfast stop i was one of the first customers at the shop south of the village on rte 50 .this location just got a facelift, looks good, now for the bad points, i prepay on a credit card so they have ue of my money before i spend it my choice. but no longer they are ending the long running practice of a senior discount 10% and that is enough for me to stop patronizeing dunkin. i will be urging all the other seniors whom i know to start patronizing the new panacea who are not so bashful about serving seniors

What can you say about a D&D that hasn’t already been said? Well, in this case, a short, busty counter girl with one too many undone buttons on her shirt was bent over the register for five minutes, displaying her ample charms while I waited to give my order, was the highlight of my last visit. Management should pay stricter attention to dress code compliance. Also, there were a couple of doors marked«Exit» that were locked. We tried to go out one, and unlocked it to leave. Someone relocked it behind us as soon as it closed. Where I come from, all doors marked as an egress must be unlocked whenever the business is open. I hope the management/the local fire marshal takes note of this and corrects it.

I really, really want to give this place 5 stars, but I’d have to give walking in to order and get your food a 5, and the drive thru a 1. I rarely am in a rush, so I usually go inside to order breakfast. I also like the ability to look and see the types of donuts I want to buy(usually 2 – 3) with breakfast. Every time I’ve walked in, I get nothing but top notch service and zero issues! However, when I go to the drive thru, it’s a whole other story: 1. I’ve been double billed. 2. I’ve had incomplete orders that I discovered after the fact 3. On two separate occasions I’ve ordered something then I went to the window and was told that either their ovens weren’t working or they didn’t have toast so I had to figure out on the fly what to replace it with. Why wouldn’t the person running the drive thru not know what’s going on just a few feet away from him/her? The drive thru is a crapshoot. I would avoid it if at all possible. Walking in and ordering/receiving your order is definitely the best way to go here.

Nice and clean Dunkin’ Donuts — fairly large and not dingy like the ones around us in NYC. Staff was freindly and fast with orders. Also, the rest rooms were super clean — if you’re looking for a quick pit stop on the way to the Adirondacks, this is not a bad option.

Second day in a row for over 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru, done, done and done. Never again.

Pretty nice Dunkin Donuts with friendly staff. Always have been a fan of this coffee and this location does not disappoint.

Location is CLOSED! Although the signs remain on I-87 and Rt 67 indicating D&D is located here off I-87 exit 12, the building is gone. If southbound on 87, right off exit 9 on 146 westbound is the next closest.

I usually go to the DD in Mechanicville but I was on my way up to Wilton and needed a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Now when ever I go to DD I always get the same thing, a medium coffee cream and sugar and a everything bagel toasted with bacon and cheese on it NO egg. I also always ask for the bacon well done, I know the bacon is precooked but I like my crispy. I am not a fan of the«fake eggs» they use but I know it is DD I can’t expect them to cook fresh eggs to order. My sandwich was good certainly nothing to brag about but it did it’s job and satisfied me. Another thing worth mentioning is I think they have too many people working at this particular location, there is always people standing around doing nothing. I am pretty sure this is a training location so that’s why all the extra employee’s.
