Salon V

Went in for a blowout and eyebrow shape, and Vittoria was just great. I had a bad experience w an overzealous tweezer in the past, so was very hesitant about letting someone new touch my brows. She made me feel comfortable and let me watch so she showed me she wasnt overdoing it. Blowout was nice too. Thank you Vittoria, for being so patient! Will definitely be going back.

I have visited a lot of salons and had many different hair dressers and Salon V is hands down the best. Not only is it a nice establishment, but the owner, Vicki, will care for you and truly listen to your needs and make recommendations that don’t fit her comfort zone, but yours. She is highly talented and has impeccable style and taste… she won’t steer you wrong. Her staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Not a good place to go the girls where very rude … The keratin treatment was done in less than 40 min as soon as I walked in they didn’t make as if was a nice place even for a groupon it’s a waste of money there are better places to go where people are nice and friendly :(

Stay away!!! Rude, rude, rude. Not helpful at all. Treatments are rushed. We were not even greeted at the door and the salon was empty. I will never go back here again. Waste of my money!

I’ve been to many salons and this by far is the worst! Manager did my hair. I have only a slight wave in my hair but the Keratin they did on me was totally useless (they did it in less then an hour and normally at other salons it takes over 2 hours). I can’t even tell the service was done and to make matters worst they asked me if I wanted a little trim and spent 2 minutes just cutting a few times on the bottom of my hair then charged me in addition to the keratin ($ 200+) a full hair cut which was around $ 75 extra! Outrageous.

I’m sorry, I presented myself as a new client and was greeted with scowls. None of the two ladies who greeted me smiled at me, I felt like I was interrupting something when I walked in and the girls seemed almost confused. When they sat me down for what I thought was a consult Re: what I wanted, I got nothing but eyes rolls from Joanne, the girl who was going to cut my hair, not to mention she looked like she was coming off a three day binge. I’m sorry, but I did not feel comfortable. I wasn’t going to let this, What looked like «ANGRY» girl touch me or my hair. She clearly did not want to be there… When I expressed my feelings, and told them I didn’t feel comfortable, the owner spat some unkind words at me as I left… I never walked out of anyplace before in my life, and I’m no spring chicken, but I am really glad I followed my gut on this one… RUN…I don’t like to give bad reviews, maybe they were just having a bad day. I never did get a chance to check out their skills so maybe you could give them the benefit of the doubt, but for me, first impression is everything, and I just didn’t feel comfortable. Sorry ladies, but maybe you could start with a SMILE, that might work better for you

I had a keratin treatment here and was sure it would not be good as it was happening. The person applying the keratin did it quickly and in large sections of hair; the same with the hot iron: large sections. It was the fastest keratin treatment in my life, and I’d had these treatments for years and know the process well. Sure enough, within a month, despite waiting several days before washing out the keratin (not the one day keratin) my hair started frizzing up again. Usually this process lasts at least 2 – 3 months. I would never go here again, recommend this salon and I caution others not to go here for keratin treatments. Really disappointing, to say the least.

This salon is amazing, I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years.
I go for highlights, cuts and most importantly (for me), keratin. My hair is normally very thick, curlyy and difficult to manage. However, the keratin makes it straight, shiny and very low maintenance. They also have bridal services, lovely clothing (tops), and many other services available.
I highly recommend this salon.
