Walked in with my friend after night tubing at 8pm door said open until 9. When we walked in the food case was empty and all the chairs flipped up onto the tables. So my friend and I didn’t want to bother them with drinks even though they were open for another hour. As I look at my friend to turn around the guy behind the register screams loud enough for us to hear outside YES! I get it you want to go home probably snowboard or something. Then don’t work night shifts. Or at all with that customer service.

Menu is much smaller. The workers there aren’t friendly. The vibe is they don’t want to be there. Their sold out of lemonade. On top of that they gave me a used cup. How cheap can they be? It had someone’s name on the cup and order they just crossed out. Pretty disappointing. Check the photos for my cup. Also the drink tasted pretty bad.

Customer service was good, but the small snowman chocolate donut was terribly old and dry. Wonder if they are not following corporate time frames for purging dated, old food items.

Wow. Rude rude rude employees. Went today at 7am and the 3 girls behind the counter were rude, short tempered and not welcoming at all. Obviously Mammoth has a very small population so finding great employees may be harder but these 3 were horrible. Nasty and rude. You don’t get to act like a jerk just because you are the one coffee shop in the Village.
