I thought this Starbucks was great. It was your regular type of Starbucks, but it did seem to have a limited menu. They did however, have the drink j wanted and it wasn’t on the menu, so I was very happy! The service was as fast as they could be, and the baristas were friendly. There is a good amount of seating outside and even racks to put your snowboards or skis on and you can see them through the window of the Starbucks. I’ll totally come back here next season!

Honestly never thought I would have to write a review about Starbucks lol but unfortunately this location sucked! Its such a beautifully built one too but it seems like the baristas have no clue what they are doing. I wanted a coffee before my 5 hour drive back home and so i stopped by the village to do so. I walked in to starbucks and there was a long line, which was totally fine. There seemed to be only 2 baristas working. The one on the register seemed like she was brand spankin new. She didn’t understand the drink i was ordering for my friend and kept asking the other guy how to input it into the system. Again, totally fine– i’ve had my first days on the job too. Its uncomfortable for both you and the customer. but i was really patient and even complimented her makeup. BIGMISTAKE. LOL As soon as i did that, it seemed like she got all suspicious with me. As if i was doing something wrong and immediately asked for my ID. LOL since when does Starbucks ever ask for your ID. esp when its a freakin DEBIT card. So dumb. Anyways. I ordered a pretty complicated drink for my friend and a plain black dark roast coffee for myself. It honestly took forever for our drinks to be prepared. And when it was finally finished… SURPRISE, it wasn’t done right. So i asked them to remake it and SURPRISE!!! it was wrong again! My friend was so annoyed she just took the drink and walked out because there were so many people behind us waiting for their drinks as well. One thing i did love was how organized they had all the lids, sleeves and straws. The only reason i gave this place 3 stars instead of 1 or 2(besides the beauty of the architecture and the ocd organization) is because it did seem like it was that ladies first day(i’m hoping at this point) lol so i’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Who knows, maybe if she was a little more experienced, the line would’ve moved quicker and the drinks would’ve been made right the first time!

A couple and friends and I walked in at about 8 and all the chairs were stacked and the pastry case was already empty. These people made it abundantly clear that they didn’t want to be there. I would tell you their names but neither employees were wearing their name tags. When we started to order the guy behind the cashier kept vacuuming so it was nearly impossible to order our drink. The lady who took our order refused to take it unless we used the term«grande» instead of medium, not in a cute playful way either. It’s truly a sad moment when you are legitimately concerned that someone has spit in your food.

Walked into this Starbucks wanting to get a bagel or pastry and found out they were out(which is fine) until right as we turned around to leave, the man at the register said«Yes!» As if he were excited to not have to help us! Extremely rude! Will not be coming back!

Walked in with my friend after night tubing at 8pm door said open until 9. When we walked in the food case was empty and all the chairs flipped up onto the tables. So my friend and I didn’t want to bother them with drinks even though they were open for another hour. As I look at my friend to turn around the guy behind the register screams loud enough for us to hear outside YES! I get it you want to go home probably snowboard or something. Then don’t work night shifts. Or at all with that customer service.

Not the best I’ve had. There is no mobile scanner and very limited selection on pastries, but I did come at 3:00 pm. It is very busy though.

Menu is much smaller. The workers there aren’t friendly. The vibe is they don’t want to be there. Their sold out of lemonade. On top of that they gave me a used cup. How cheap can they be? It had someone’s name on the cup and order they just crossed out. Pretty disappointing. Check the photos for my cup. Also the drink tasted pretty bad.

I’m giving one star because of one particular person. The girl who helped me at the register was a sweetheart and gave me two cup of water cause they were out of bottle water. Being that it is less then 20 degrees out people are coming into Starbucks to get warm. That being said someone had left the door open so all the cold air was rushing in. I didn’t realize it was one of the employees. Someone next to me on their computer went and closed the door and I thanked him for closing it cause I have my 4 weeks old baby with me and I was breast feeding. The same employee(overweight girl with black hair) went and opened it again. I asked her if there is a reason she kept leaving the door wide open and she replied«we’re hot». She was extremely rude the way she said it and didn’t even look at me. She went behind the counter and I asked her again why she is leaving the door open cause it’s cold and she said very rudely«because we’re hot». I took that as my cue to leave and funny cause those other people that were cold as well left same time I did. We all agreed that chick has an attitude problem and extremely poor customer service. I was going to stay and have a nice time relaxing inside with my baby but she ruined it. She wasn’t even wearing Starbucks apron so she looked like she didn’t even work there.

Service good, friendly napkins for at least 3 days now, paper towels. No problem, just never saw a starbucks that ran out of napkins. :) Corporate or owner if the case should get into this century with technology. No scanners for mobile apps.

This Starbucks is owned by Mammoth Mountain which somehow means that it can make its own rules. Last time I was in they charged me $.60 to use their soymilk in my tall regular coffee as creamer! Today I went in with the holiday BOGO coupon and they told me they weren’t participating in that special so I asked to cancel one of the drinks(before it was made, before I had even paid) and they told me I couldn’t cancel the drink. I will not be back.

Busy as all hell. Expensive. The coffee is nothing special. Go to Looney Bean, Schat’s, anywhere else.

About the same as the other Starbucks in town. My primary complaint is about the wi-fi, it doesn’t work. We end up pirating signal from another coffee shop that’s nearby and closed in the evening. If you need to go to the bathroom, get ready for a loooonng wait.

The reason I’m giving this Starbucks a low rating is primarily customer service. The cashier/barista did not say hi or even ask what we wanted to drink. She just slapped her hands on the counter and raised her eyebrows at us. Also, she did not respond when my mom said hello. To make our experience even more delightful, she was arguing with her co-workers in front of customers. While I understand everyone has bad days, when you work in the service industry your job is to smile and leave your personal problems at home.

Aside from touristy restaurants and ski gear stores, the Village can be a bit sterile. It’s always nice to go to something familiar. Given it’s cold outside, this place, with it’s scattered tables and home-y décor, hits the spot. They sell a lot of bags of coffee beans. Yay!
