I’ve been to quite a few AT&T stores, but this one by far is my favorite. I’ve been a few times, and every time I’ve been I haven’t had to wait at all. Not even for a minute. They have ample staff there, and their staff is friendly and competent. The guy I bought my Otter Box from was great a couple weeks ago, and today their rep Jennifer did an outstanding job helping me with my sim card and setting up my insurance. Great store!

I have been with AT&T for almost 4 years. Originally, I wanted to switch to Verizon, but they are just awesome! I don’t plan on leaving now. Bottom line, good customer service and they always try to meet the needs of the customers!

Okay so I go into the store just to pay my bill (because I dont like paying it through the phone) and there comes a young gentlemen… He asks if I’m doing okay with the biggest smile :) and he was very helpful. Well long story short they have excellent customer service, the people there are the most respectful att employees I have ever dealt with been coming here ever since.
