I signed up with T-Mobile this past weekend at this store. My service-rep Omar was very professional and attentive, and did a fantastic job helping my wife and I switch carriers and upgrade our phones, he made sure everything was done correctly and responded immediately to any questions we had throughout the process. Highly recommend!

This is probably the worst T-Mobile I’ve been in. The staff is slow… and they cater mostly to Hispanic customers. They usually talk back and forward to each other in Spanish, and I’ve gone in when they only had Hispanic music playing throughout the store. My son applied for a job there, and they told him he had to be bilingual. I spoke to the Manager and she says their poor reviews have prompted them to make some changes. The changes are slow… some of the staff are still clueless, but at least they’ve heard their customers and are attempting to make changes. For now… I’m going to go to the T-Mobile up the street.

Just left this store. Waited exactly 21 minutes for nothing. 4 employees working the floor. Although they had customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment of my presence would have been nice and enough to convince me to continue to wait.
