If you’re looking for the stereotypical ‘shady appliance store’ here it is!

This business committed blatant FRAUD! I had a problem with one of their upright freezers, when they came to my home to fix the problem, the snipped a wire to silence the temperature alarm which was going off. They tried to cover it up and collect a $ 25 fee and get out of the house as soon as possible before I could examine the work, but I checked it before they left that the alarm wouldn’t go off at all anymore (even when in test mode). I had to open the cooling area inside the freezer to confirm my suspicions after they left. They repair person was taking orders directly from the business owner, Mr. Ali, over the phone. So this bad practice goes straight to the owner. Also, the repair man didn’t even seem to know what he was doing and was simply following instructions from the owner, so if you actually have a problem, chances are it won’t get solved quickly.
Before this even happened I called to complain about other problems with my freezer because the compressor was running extremely hot and was very loud. Even though they said there was a warranty which would cover anything, they refused to send out a repair man. Once my temperature alarm was going off randomly they finally sent one…
On top of all these frustrations, both the repair man and business owner/​sales man speak very poor English and it’s incredibly difficult to understand them. He also hung up on me several times.

This place deserves no stars. Their refurbished appliances don’t work for more than a few loads. They are awful.

Found them while looking for appliances on Craigslist. No website. Store is fairly hard to see near the end of a fairly obscure strip center a bit off Liberia. You wouldn’t likely just stumble across it.
Average size strip mall store filled to the brim with all kinds of large home appliances. Refrigerators line all 4 walls and they have them from small to huge stainless double door fridges. Ranges, washers, dryers and much more. I was told they buy them at auction and refurbish. All come with a 30 day warranty. I had to pay $ 80 for shipping to my home, but I bought a show-​room new SS double-​door fridge and paid about ¹⁄₃ — ¼ what I would pay new at another store. Quite delighted with my purchase. With what I saved, I was able to go buy a top of the line dishwasher at another store.
