The common denominator is a desperate owner justifying to customers. A brief look at postings 80% are less than average. It’s time to look outside the box to find ways to improve. Shorten the number of menu items, clean the air ducts, take the ice cream line out the door, concentrate in finding the perfect product to be profitable. The guys only do burgers and dogs, they don’t dilute their efforts. Concentrate in excellence and you’ll reach it. You look like a genuine hard working American, you will do it. Good luck, i’ll be back in a year. Oh… keep the burger buns; they are great.

Back in 11/2015, I didn’t see the«No outside food and drink» sign and waited with my group inside who had ordered and paid, and I brought in outside food to eat with them. We started to eat our food and the cook yelled rudely from behind the counter with a «hey, HEY» that we could not have that here, in front of other customers in line, and without a please or thank you. It was very rude and very unprofessional. Next time, take the time to kindly tell potential customers without the attitude. Nobody likes to be yelled at from behind a counter. Worst first impression of this place and we won’t be returning.

Wasn’t a fan. Greasy, wasn’t the cleanest environment. The food tasted fine, but I’d rather just go to subway personally. Not going to go back unless someone drags me there.

In response to burger boys response to my honest review. «Firecracker burgers», according to your menu, comes WITH jalapeño peppers. I requested they be left off.

Do not come here for the atmosphere. Come here for the burgers. One double cheeseburger about 4 hours ago still has me stuffed, and hungry for more. Plus they carry Hershey’s ice cream by the scoop!

Overpriced, greasy food and rude staff. I came in and spent 40 $ on one burger, two shrimp baskets, and a 6piece onion ring. We left hungry and dissappointed. (Update) Recieved threatening phonecall from Burgerboys employee regarding this Unilocal review??? By the way, just flew United, paid less for my in flight meal, got more food, and it was better prepared. Airlines should not be out doing you burgerboys! 8 onion rings for 5 bucks is a terrible value…

Terrible customer service, prices to high and from what I saw, cleanliness is questionable.

This was our first visit and it was underwhelming. I tried the 5 wings. They were overcooked and small. They cost over $ 5. I also ordered onion rings, thinking it was part of a combo, but they were a la carte at $ 4.99. I also ordered a drink, bringing the cost of my meal to over $ 11 for a place that is comparable to and not as good as Dairy Queen. For my family of five, we payed a little over $ 45 and that was with a 10% off coupon applied. Ice cream was an additional cost and nothing special. I won’t even go into the staff’s attitudes. Won’t be going back.

This place is so bad. There is never any one in there, and now I know why. I ordered a bbq burger combo. The dude at the counter drops the drink cup on the floor then picks it up and tries to give it to me. I ask for another cup and he throws away the one he dropped. So you were gonna give me a cup that you would have thrown away had I not taken it? This kid at the counter is a sarcastic awkward smart ass. Anyway, I get my burger and it’s a disaster. First off the cook takes bread off the buns to form a pocket, I get that your trying to fit everything in the burger, but you don’t do that by taking bread off the inside of the bun! Second off, he put all the ingredients under the burger(basically it was served to me upside down) so everything was soggy including the onion ring which was a pathetic little ring, he put the onion ring under a soggy tomato! Why would you put something thats suppose to be crispy under a tomato? Worse burger I’ve ever had, not exaggerating at all! No way they will stay open serving 10 $ burgers like that when applebees and glory days etc. Are 100% better for the same price. Do not go here if you want a good burger, anywhere else would be better than this place!

Hubs and I took the entire family to check them out. The food was ok. I had a chili cheese burger. My only complaint about it was that the bun was way too big for a burger. I personally don’t like BIG kaiser buns for burgers. The onion rings, chicken wings, and mac-n-cheese bites were all OK. They all tasted like they came from a bag of frozen food not like they actually battered and fried them. The kids didn’t like their hot dogs but they’re picky so it’s probably not the hot dog just my weird kids. But the food was still tasty so overall… OK food for a decent price. Not my favorite but I didn’t hate it.

A very good, generously sized burger(fresh beef not frozen) at a amazing price. They have specialty burgers and customize upon request. Great service from the owner/mgr. Only minor complaint is that the fries could be better. Oh and they have ice cream!

Great Burgers, have not been back to Fosters since this place got new owners. Cold beers, wings are nice and crispy; I also love the hot dogs very flavorful. Just wish they had tater tots. New owners are very friendly and work to make sure you are happy with your food. Don’t let disgruntled employees who write negative reviews steer you from trying this place. Form your own opinion.

Burger was great. I got mine with bacon and pepper jack. Grilled wonderfully. I got the ¾ lb. it’s 3 individual ¼ lb’ers piled on top of one another. I wasn’t a lover of the fries. But my wife loved the onion rings!

I am updating my earlier review because the owner commented and told me to try again. Recently returned with a friend and we ordered a few items and sides. Everything was delivered to our table within 10 minutes and was hot, correctly prepared and tasty. Staff was friendly and the prices arent too bad. I will return and try more as often as possible!

New owners, nicer seating area but the burgers are DRY, the woman cooking was eating while cooking and the service was slow. I ordered a ½lb cheeseburger, it was 2 patties slapped on top of each other. In the future I’ll drive the extra miles to either Fosters Grille or Five Guys.

I sorta walked into this one blind. I was headed into the area late and offered to pick up dinner for myself and another person. I took a stab at what to order and didn’t look at review on Unilocal till I was waiting for my food. I saw that the place was under new ownership and there were comments as to a decline in quality. This was my first time here so I can’t really comment on that point; my experience was overall fairly good. It was about an hour from close and there was only two other people in there that eating in. I ordered a ½ lb bacon cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. The lady that took my order was nice and said it would be about 10 minutes. Fine with me, since that meant the food was cooked fresh and not sitting in a warmer like McDonalds or something. It was a 10 minute drive to the house and the food was still hot when I got there. The onion rings were good, would have likely been crunchier with a dine-in meal but tasty still. My chicken was defiantly freshly fried and a real piece of chicken. I didn’t hear much complaint about the burger so I have to assume it was okay.

New Owners changed things up. The fries are now HORRIBLE! The bun has changed and is not as good, dry and too thick. Meat is still tasty. They now nickel and dime you for toppings! Prices are higher but that’s not so bad. Hopefully the new owners look on Unilocal and make changes because they will lose a lot of business based on my experience and experiences of other Unilocalers.

First time going here because my brother recommended it. He went awhile ago and really enjoyed talking an older man that worked there. He also said the burger he had was really good. I went in thinking it was going to be what my brother described. I left very disappointed. I told the cashier that it was my first time and she stood there without a single word. Asked her what the toppings were for the burgers and she points to the menu on the wall, again mute. I got one burger and no fries. It wasn’t busy when I was there however it took awhile to get my order. My burger was ok. It looked like the patty was microwaved not grilled. If I wanted service like this I would’ve gone to McDonalds. I kinda wish I went to Five Guys instead. I’m never going back to this place again.

Seems to be a Mom & Pop sports-bar type place that oddly doesn’t serve beer. I had some excellent buffalo wings. I could see they had been marinating in some red chili sauce and were cooked to order in the fryer. They came out very crispy with plenty of spicy sauce. Unlike some popular wing places, only 2 levels of heat were offered, I believe: mild or hot. So if you are the kind of person who likes the very, very hottest wings, head to the nearest prolific suburban sports bar, but if you want a more unique experience, and relatively hot but really great tasting wings, you will find it here. My wife had a burger which was cooked to order as well and was very good. The beef patty was pretty large and thin-ish, cooked on a griddle I believe. I enjoyed the hot wings here much more than buffalo wild wings, wing it, hooters et al.

An exceptional char-grilled burger. Nothing too fancy here just a real good burger. They use 100% real beef and it’s cooked to order. I had the 1⁄3 of a pound burger with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mayo; it was quite delicious. Get it ‘to go’. The dining room is not that great, the floor was sticky.
