Ruby Tuesday

This place is horrible. The bartenders are absolutely rude and act like they are doing a favor by serving you. The food is horrible and the one manager I saw was at the bar talking with two regulars for the entire time I was there. I will never go back. Not sure how this place stays in business?

Poor service. My hamburger had a soaked bottom bun. my buddy got the wrong food. they just added bacon. it was cold inside. poorly managed place.

Good food, service was good, kitchen was slow and sent the order out in a staggered fashion. Seems they were understaffed. Salad bar was it’s normal fair, fresh and tasty. Usually one of my favorite restaurants, gets a pass tonight but if it continues you will know.

Diners Beware!
I eat frequently at this location until I had the unpleasant opportunity to sit facing the kitchen. My observation were shocking to see the staff sitting on the counter next to the prepared meals waiting to be served. The person’s preparing the meals were drinking soda, talking loudly or either itching their hair without washing their hands after touching body parts, one server fingers were touching his back then proceeded to fix the vegetables on a plate to be served.
The female manager stood by and observed all the unhealthy behavior without actions. She herself was drinking beverage next to the counter where the food was sitting.
I sat their until the manager had to find a waitress to stop by my table. The meal I ordered was overcooked and had no taste.
The restaurant needs better trained managers who knows food preparation rules and basic hygiene.

I wanted to have lunch with my son. Here’s what we got: Dirty utensils. Dirty plates at the wilted lettuce, messy, gross salad bar. My son ordered Mac and cheese. For 3.69…it’s stouffers heated up… that’s it. My 8 year old thought it was horrid, so you know it was bad. Then the waiting began… we waited for well over 30 minutes for a burnt, hockey puck cheeseburger and warmed up canned soup. Horrible! 36.69 for bad food, mediocre service, loud music, and an uncomfortable booth… and a long wait for crappy food. I will not return.

Love this Tuesday’s because it’s quiet and always has a booth available! Every time we go we get the best service and our meals quick! Definitely a go to if we don’t have any other weekend plans!

When living near Woodbridge, I use to frequent this Ruby Tuesdays until I didn’t any more because the service is so terrible. The food is sub-​par, the staff once looked at me when i walked in — looked at each other — looked at me — and carried on with thier business. not a hi, hello, welcome to Ruby Tuesday’s. LOL. i had no idea if i should put on a uniform and start work or be mad that I may not get to eat.
Another experience was when i went with a date here and the waiter filled my drink yet left my dates glass empty on the table while we were still eating. i went to bar a asked for ice tea. no biggie — except i never saw that date agian. I blame you Ruby Tuesday!
Bottom line: It’s a chain, sub-​par food at best — the only thing this place has going for it IS the service and well this place fails.

Funny how it shows its average in price. It is average but what you get for the money is a joke. Place was not clean serves was lacking and why? Place was empty guess that should have been my first clue. Not worth the money to many other places around. Sorry I had to give it one star if I could have i would have gotten none

gotta agree with all the one and two star reviews. Granted they were just opening on a Sunday but the greeter /​waiter could not hide his contempt that he had to serve and or deal with customers. He was off putting enough although we did appreciate his attempts to rally for the cause. but then we get to the food. The salad bar was, how shall i put this. disgusting. Nothing fresh about it all! then I ordered a simple cheeseburger and onion rings. I don’t think the grill was hot enough because the onion rings were, like the salads, inedible.
the burger was awwwwful. I asked for a different roll and took it home and doctored it to my liking. I was not going to pay for this experience and not find something edible.
so. it was huge disappointment. I had been there several years ago with my daughters and it was very good. My husband and I have eaten at several RT’s and thought it was pretty good. This place is not.
We won’t be back.

I have been frequently using this place for my to go orders. Pretty much always order there chicken parmesean. It always tastes good. But the portions that I keep getting are way below what they are supposed to give me. I have ate it dine in so I know. I have complained before but no luck. My brother used to work for them as a manager at a different location and he informed me that alot of management allows that to happen to save money by ripping off the customers. This is a continuing problem at this location. I even knew the weight. And I check. Way off. So if you choose to order take out here, either eat in or order something they can’t rip you off. I even believe what there doing is against the law.

Best fish taco lunch I’ve had in a long time. Waiter was attentive and friendly. Would go back for sure!

So I went and ordered their surf and turf, as Out back had a similar special going on as well at the same time. When they said a petite sirloin, I new it wasn’t going to be a 16z steak, but I did not realize that it was so small it was going to be 2 bites worth of steak, yes 2 bites, as I could literally fit the steak into my palm with room to spare. Service was ok, salad bar ok, service ok.

My husband and I used to visit this place so often that the staff knew us and our favorite table. Nothing good lasts forever because it’s overall quality of food has dramatically fallen for the worse, sad to say. The portions are smaller, and I have yet to have a steak correctly cooked. My favorites are thankfully still there (the salad bar and buffalo wings) so we do still stop in from time to time, but it’s never our first choice. You can’t get a non alcoholic frozen drink anymore due to their automating these drinks which are already infused with alcohol. I do enjoy the fruit teas, but the amount of fruit in them had also shrunk. I miss the old Ruby’s and maybe someday we’ll become regulars again if the food improves.

Good happy hour specials. Good crowd and sitting at the bar is nice. Food is good, but we mainly ate appetizers.

Ughhhhhh… the more I eat at chain restaurants, the more I wish they’d all crumble in one heaping pile of shitty food.
Soup took 20 minutes to come out for some odd reason… we all know you have it sitting in a big pot in the kitchen already so why not just put in the the bowl sprinkle the cheese on it and send it out?
Mom got the bourbon salmon with Mac and cheese. *see pic it looked about as unappetizing as could be, but she said it tasted good. The Mac and cheese side was pathetic. They sent it out in a dish that was clearly three times the size it needed.
I got the avocado grilled chicken sandwich. Flavor was nice. That’s all I have to say about that.

The service was horrid. In fact the server didn’t ever really say anything. She just came to the table and stared at us until we told her what we wanted. When the food came, it was also unfortunately horrid. I got a chicken ceasar salad with so much dressing that it pooled in a lake at the bottom of my salad bowl. The «chicken» was shredded into tiny chewed-​like bits and looked more like crumbled feta cheese than chicken.
My daughter’s fries were ice cold. the only reason for 2-​stars instead of one is because my young daughter liked her mac n cheese.
Instead of this place I recommend going to the Moe’s one block away at the corner of Hoadly & PW parkway. That’s what I wished I’d have done, sadly.

Ill cut to the chase. This place sucks. The only enjoyment I got from the sald bar was overhearing a customer complaining to the manager about how the Ruby Tuesdays salad bar «used to mean something, used to be good.» To which he shrugged and replied, «I dont know what to tell you maam, its corporate». There are leaders and then there are managers I guess.
Anyway, the salad bar sucks but thats cool. I dont do salad much anyway. I tried a thai shrimp app thing. It was the best part of the meal and it sucked too. You know what my cheeseburger did? Bingo! it sucked. Super salty and dry on a stale bun.
I heard this other place had some baller, loaded tater tots and I noticed this place had them too so I tried them. Waitress forgot to mention that they were loaded with suck. God damn did those things suck. Microwaved, soggy tots «loaded» with a drop of cheese and what appeared to be a dot of ketsup. Not really sure what was on them. I had one bite.
Wait staff eats there meals and blab on the phone when they are on break. Never thought that would bother me but for some reason it did here. I washed my shitty meal down with a tall guinness. That always seems to make it better but no, this place even makes guinness suck.
This Ruby Tuesdays sucks.

I have eaten here a few times. Its never been bad. Average, at best. I love a salad bar, and they have a good one. The food is usually decent. Most recently came here late because i had been painting my house all day and was starving.
Service: our server was a very young, cute and friendly woman who promptly got our drinks and took our order. She continued milling about nearby doing side work while seemingly forgetting about us. Empty salad bar plates, empty drinks, etc covered our table. when I flagged her down she quickly brought refills, but never took empty plates or glasses away violating my number one rule, never come or leave a table empty handed! Always glance when passing the table, and if its free (refills) don’t make me ask for them!
Food: typical ruby tuesday. Salad bar was good. Chicken entrée dry and overcooked, but good taste.

I am a big fan of RT. Unfortunately, the service at this particular location absolutely sucks arse.
I have been there a couple of times. Basically no real drink specials to speak of and, whatever ones there are I was told on prior occasions you have to sit around the bar to get price.
Who doesn’t love RT salad bar, and now, endless shoestring fries!!! YUM! However, the I went there twice with friends and the service was below par. But nothing was more reprehensible than the last time I was in (which really was, and will be the last time). I stopped in by myself for a burger. I was giving blood the next day and wanted my favorite, the triple prime burger. It took about five minutes for someone to seat me, then once I was seated, 20 minutes went by without ANYONE stopping to introduce themselves, or to see if I needed a drink. I kept asking and kept getting told that someone would be right with me yet no one ever came. it became a mantra for them to pass my table and say «someone will be right with you.»
I don’t know if it was because I only had one person in my party– which I assure you I often tip better than most parties of three — for good service — it still is no excuse to have ignored me for 20mins. I up and left after not having had one person stop and see if I needed anything, or if there was a problem, what the problem was… I have not been back since; nor will i ever return to this particular RT.

I ate hear today for lunch. I took my wife here for her birthday today. We had a good server and the food was hot and good. I recommend going here for lunch. There is no long wait and it was not busy at.
