IHOP

I like the food at IHOP, but now as they’ve raised the prices, I not ok with paying $ 10 for a dish that used to cost $ 7 — for food made from cheap ingredients (eggs, flour, butter, and of course some sugar, butter and vanilla in the pancakes are gonna make them taste good). I can make the same thing without all the preservatives at home for $ 2.

This Ihop is never too busy! The longest I’ve had to wait is about 10 minutes! Love this because I get to have a quick breakfast! Meals always served as requested and the servers are great!

Horrible service. Server can’t seem to even keeps the drinks coming. Staff is very slow and no one seems like they want to be here, not conducive to a good atmosphere.

Standard meal preparation. Good service even at graveyard hours. The staff deals with drunks and stoners with genuine care. Can’t complain, my waitress had awesome knowledge of the menu and hinted to a French toast and Sunday combination that was perfect for my sweet tooth craving. Table and drinks were well tended.

I have no problems with the wait staff or service– it’s always good. I did have an issue when I went there in June and made the horrible mistake of ordering the Huevos Rancheros. Totally disgusting. I should have just eaten the paper towels in the bathroom, the flavor and texture was much the same but the paper towels would have been free. They gave me hard and chewy corn tortillas (I couldn’t even cut them with a knife), bland scrambled eggs thrown on top, a handful of plain black beans out of the can (not even sauced, just the plain beans), a blob of mild salsa, and a blob of sour cream. I was so disappointed and haven’t bothered to return.

Overpriced if you ask me but ohh well it’s breakfast. Service is very slow for pick up on weekends and the operation is not as smooth as it should be. Very expensive omelette.

The waitress was wonderful — the food was delicious — I had the chicken florentine crepes, Keith had the Huevos Rancheros — the restaurant gets 5 starts — the ladies at the next table get zero stars — I don’t like to go out to hear about your gross medical issues and the issues with you cat who has just as gross issues as you.

I’ve been here twice. It’s horrible. The first time we waited an hour for food. It came out wrong, cold, and horrible. We complained to the manager, who was rude. escalated to corporate and received a gift card. We went back… waiting over an hour… No food. The restaurant was empty. It just didn’t make sense, so we left. Never gone back. Don’t go here.

He wife and I visited this IHOP on Easter Sunday and we were expecting a crowd. So we were seated in a decent amount of time (15 min). Once seated it took about 3 mins for the waiters to take our order. We ordered 2 French vanilla coffees to start. When they came out they were both tasting burnt. No issue, things happen right? So the waitress offered to get us something else and we politely declined. So we also order our breakfast which is as simple as a couple eggs and pancakes. So 45 mins later we notice a party of 6 who came in about 15 mins after U.S. Received here food before us. So now I get a little annoyed. So we request to see a manger. 10 mins later the Manager arrives he started to us «man didn’t I seat you guys over 30 mins ago?“and we told him what the issue is. So about 7 mins later we finally revived our food (at least the food turned out good). Overall our visit was not pleasant by now means but the food did turn out very well. If the service was faster I would definitely give a higher rating.

I refuse to go anywhere else. Bob always takes great care of us. This restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly and happy. The food came out perfect. Check this place out, and ask for Bob.

Well, just left agian. Only good thing about this place is Erica the waitress. We went here when this place first opened and the service was so bad we boycotted it for a year. We went back a couple times more and the service was hit and miss. We just went there for our daughters birthday for a brunch once again, awful, the only thing good was the waitress. We will not be returning at all this is in a boycott this is an all out refusal to return. As we were leaving my wife saw one of the cooks stuffing his face with pizza where food is being prepared.

Quit, go someplace else, you’ll make a lot of money because you’re excellent. You are a 5 star server in a one star restraunt.

The biggest complaint I have about this location is wait time. It should not take nearly as long as it does when eating at this ihop location.

Everytime I come to this place my food takes too long and the waitress always seems to disappear. The food has come burnt a couple of times and not up to it’s standards.

Miserably slow service every time I’ve been. While the food is good it doesn’t make up for the apathy the staff has. Went there 8−7−14 around 130. A waitress comes by and asks if we’ve been helped and when we told her no said «I guess I can help you.» Once she took our order it took 20 minutes for us to get our food. During those 20 minutes we didn’t see our waitress once. We didn’t even see her partner who she claimed was there to help her serve us. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I love the IHOP because it’s clean and most people don’t know about it, it’s very clean and not overcrowded and that makes all the difference. The food taste the same as the many other IHOP’s but the service is better, food comes quicker and there is no waiting for more than an hour like the one on smoketown. Good job Guys.

My wife and I visited this location yesterday because we had a
coupon. Otherwise we prefer the non-​chain breakfast spots. It was not busy at all and the hostess that seated us was also our server. She was very sweet and was a good server. It is an IHOP. Your experience will vary based on your wait time and your server but the food will usually be the same at any IHOP. This is a newer location so the building is in good condition. The only complaint I had was the bathroom had a strong smell of urine and did not seem like they had been cleaned very well. Otherwise what I expect when I go to IHOP.

Slow service, food came out cold and had to send back. They only had three servers for the whole restaurant and its 9:30am. Just a bad experience overall, not recommended.
Btw, they ran out of big coffee cups so they severed us in a styrofoam cup.

I went to this place with a couple friends, long story short, the server dropped tomato juice all over me (accident) the manager came over, the least I was expecting was a discount on my meal. Didn’t happen, but he said he’ll pay for my laundry. I come back 3 days later with the receipt, he refuses to pay, saying «I was only going to pay for ONE item». It makes sense because I didn’t went to eat naked only wearing socks!..
Never again I’ll step foot in that place. Ps: food is horrible, the Hot chocolate tasted like DC water

Service was OK, food was good and overall a relaxing lunch with the kids.
This is exactly what you would expect in an IHOP, but on the smaller side.
Enjoyed the splashes and waffle specials!

Nice Place AND CLEAN!
This place is a little out of our way, but we went there because we had a couple of students who worked at this place for a while. It’s a nice place. It’s relatively new. It’s only about five years old more or less.
Our friends worked in the kitchen. We asked the waitress if we could see them, but they were so busy back there that they only had time to poke their little heads out and wave. Alba has huge ears, and it was funny because her hair was tied up (she’s a cook), and it made her ears look even bigger. She’s a beautiful woman. The big ears are really cute.
The most recent health inspection revealed no issues. A health inspection report will identify critical findings and non-​critical findings. Every place gets at least one non-​crtical finding, but this place must have been spotless during the last health inspection. That’s good to know.
